All this talk of numbers got me to thinking about that movie with Jim Carrey “The Number 23”. Not a comedy, but a psychological thriller, and actually a pretty good movie. He gets obsessed with...
Quick thoughts are I wouldn’t change up your program I’d run the 5/3/1 BBB and keep it going. You will hit your top sets then get good work in the BBB sets.
I think this will build you up...
Yeah she did, and it helps a lot but squatting, and lunging and stuff can get pretty painful. SO I am limited to lower weight leg press, and leg extensions right nw. I can still work hamstrings...

Yes, I wouldn't necessarily pull out any of the big 3 movements (bench was always part of my hypertrophy RP mesos throughout - I just really enjoy benching!), but...
And it is very good you’re deloading, because it is normal to be kind of messed up the week after a meet. Extra emphasis on mobility and warmups should be made, even with low weights. Something...
Agree with Slim & Kleen. Both of their ideas are great.
You need to practice what you want to be good at. If you have any aspirations at 700, don’t forsake the big lifts - you don’t have to lift...

I'd either start taking the M-test with the Enclomiphene or wait til the Enclo is finished then use the M-Test...
Didn't Sage get you some knee sleeves? I thought I remembered something along those lines, maybe back on fathers day or something?
I get that. one of the reasons I've not done much cardio lately...

And some people think we should vote for the Epstein class trafficking underage children both girls, boys and should I add tranny's while protecting the elites from the justice system in order to...
