Well Saturday did not work out as well as I had hoped for lifting. We ended up leaving earlier than I expected for Kemah. So, my session got moved to yesterday. It ended up being a pretty good one... -

Getting conflicting info on this... how often are you pinning yourself to get your weekly dose(?)... Dividing it over 5-7 days(?) Monday morning/Thursday night(?).. What's your routine(?)... TIA -
Everyone does it differently, from once a week to once a day depending on your preference. If you're a high estrogen converter more frequent smaller doses help with estrogen spikes, I've tried it...
