    Feels like anything between 225-230 walking around weight is a painless enough water load to get to 220 with a 24 hour weigh-in. Hell, even 235 wouldn't be that hard to manage.

    Just bring your calories a hair below maintenance with high carbs and moderate protein and train hard. Will slowly recomp that way without having to do anything crazy to your diet.
