Update: 2 July 2019
Weight: 202.8 lbs (noodz and foodz)
I didn't post this yesterday because I wanted to get through the full day of meals so I could post exactly what I ended up doing. Bostin had me doing 7 meals but I seem to respond best eating every 3 hours versus 2 so I ended up concentrating the calories for 6 meals I ended up doing - still the total calories are likely a tad less than what was prescribed, but not far off.
Included is a full body shot of me upon waking. I don't often toss these up because I don't much care for my body shape, musculature, crap legs, and all that self-criticism nonsense, but I have made a lot of progress in the last year with much more to come following the show - especially in leg development. For that I am a little proud of myself. Actually, I already have my post show plan in place to reverse diet and start putting on quality tissue. Should be epic haha.
Below is what I ended up eating for the day and I enjoyed every damn one of these meals. I fancy myself to something of a chef at this point haha. Salt was kept high since it is being pulled out entirely the day before the show (today as I write this). This includes any sodium coming from sauces etc so meals will be rather bland for my preferences but after being in such a prolonged calorie deficit, as well as depletion, I am stoked to just be eating well again
As you'll see I maintained short walks throughout the day. Just because it is time for resting and refeeding it is still very important to maintain a level of activity to partition all of these wonderful calories into my deflated muscles. Not to mention digestion.
Naturally, I enhanced the partitioning by using Gainbusters' GDA product, Wrecking Crew, at every meal to maximize uptake and utilization of nutrients/carbs.
