Update: 2 July 2019
Weight: 202.8 lbs (noodz and foodz)

I didn't post this yesterday because I wanted to get through the full day of meals so I could post exactly what I ended up doing. Bostin had me doing 7 meals but I seem to respond best eating every 3 hours versus 2 so I ended up concentrating the calories for 6 meals I ended up doing - still the total calories are likely a tad less than what was prescribed, but not far off.

Included is a full body shot of me upon waking. I don't often toss these up because I don't much care for my body shape, musculature, crap legs, and all that self-criticism nonsense, but I have made a lot of progress in the last year with much more to come following the show - especially in leg development. For that I am a little proud of myself. Actually, I already have my post show plan in place to reverse diet and start putting on quality tissue. Should be epic haha.

Below is what I ended up eating for the day and I enjoyed every damn one of these meals. I fancy myself to something of a chef at this point haha. Salt was kept high since it is being pulled out entirely the day before the show (today as I write this). This includes any sodium coming from sauces etc so meals will be rather bland for my preferences but after being in such a prolonged calorie deficit, as well as depletion, I am stoked to just be eating well again :D

As you'll see I maintained short walks throughout the day. Just because it is time for resting and refeeding it is still very important to maintain a level of activity to partition all of these wonderful calories into my deflated muscles. Not to mention digestion.

Naturally, I enhanced the partitioning by using Gainbusters' GDA product, Wrecking Crew, at every meal to maximize uptake and utilization of nutrients/carbs.

Meal 1 (7:00am): 10 minute walk
5 x Whole Eggs, 1 Cup Egg Whites, 10 oz Pototo, 2 tsp. Iodized Salt
[Wrecking Crew, Overtraining Solution, Nektar, Fish Oil, Chloro Heal, Vitamin D 10,000iu]

Meal 2 (10:00am): 10 minute walk
7oz Beef (96%), 175g Cal Rose Rice, 32g Cashew Butter, 100g Mushrooms, 30g Carrots, 1.5 tsp. Iodized Salt
[Wrecking Crew]

Meal 3 (1:00pm): 10 minute walk
7oz Beef (96%), 175g Cal Rose Rice, 32g Cashew Butter, 100g Mushrooms, 30g Carrots, 1.5 tsp. Iodized Salt
[Wrecking Crew]

Meal 4 (4:00pm): 10 minute walk
7oz Beef (96%), 10oz Potato, 1 tbsp. Mac Nut Oil, 100g Mushrooms, 30g Carrots, 1.5 tsp. Iodized Salt
[Wrecking Crew, Fiberlyze]

Meal 5 (7:00pm): 10 minute walk
7oz Beef (96%), 10oz Pototo, 32g Cashew Butter, 100g Mushrooms, 30g Carrots, 1.5 tsp. Iodized Salt
[Wrecking Crew, KSM-66 (Blight) 600mg, Fish Oil, Chloro Heal, Machine Motion]

Meal 6 (10:00pm):
7oz Beef (96%), 175g Cal Rose Rice, 32g Cashew Butter, 100g Mushrooms, 30g Carrots, 1.5 tsp. Iodized Salt
[Wrecking Crew]

Thanks, bro! I'll try to get something posted up in the morning before I head out. Schedule will be tight though so no promises haha

Update: 3 July 2019
Weight: 209.2 lbs (fasted)

Did not sleep greatI was a little nervous, but not surprised, to see my weight skyrocket. Naturally, the added carbs and sodium load pulled a ton of fluid in. I drank a crap ton of water, as well as diet soda, which Bostin informed me I should have dropped a couple days ago. Oops.

Today's meal plan is reminiscent of yesterdays; however, after Bostin reassured me I will no doubt make the weight cut I modified my Main Meals to better reflect the macros he outlined initially. Namely, I upped the beef. I also included the meals I am to eat following my Main Meals. These "midnight meals" I'm calling them bridge between my last meal today and my first meal tomorrow. Basically I have to wake up and eat so sleep will be **** again... but I do like food so I'm not too mad. I also included my general food outline for tomorrow since I won't be updating till after the show.

Important Notes:
- Pulled all sodium (and sauces)
- Water restricted to 1 gallon (I ended up drinking 3/4 gal having lost track of time)
- Last dose of oral compounds and Xpel taken at 8:00pm
- No more water after 8:00pm
- Following my final Main Meal of the day Bostin has me eating "midnight meals" every 2-3 hours

Meal 1 (6:00am): 10 minute walk
5 x Whole Eggs, 1 Cup Egg Whites, 10 oz Pototo
[Wrecking Crew, Overtraining Solution, Nektar, Fish Oil, Chloro Heal, Vitamin D 10,000iu]

Meal 2 (9:00am): 10 minute walk
9oz Beef (96%), 175g Calrose Rice, 32g Cashew Butter, 100g Mushrooms, 40g Carrots
[Wrecking Crew]

Meal 3 (12:00pm): 10 minute walk
9oz Beef (96%), 175g Calrose Rice, 32g Cashew Butter, 100g Mushrooms, 40g Carrots
[Wrecking Crew]

Meal 4 (3:00pm): 10 minute walk
9oz Beef (96%), 12oz Potato, 1 tbsp. Mac Nut Oil, 100g Mushrooms, 40g Carrots
[Wrecking Crew, Fiberlyze]

Meal 5 (6:00pm):
9oz Beef (96%), 175g Calrose Rice, 32g Cashew Butter, 100g Mushrooms, 40g Carrots
[Wrecking Crew, KSM-66 (Blight) 600mg, Fish Oil, Chloro Heal, Machine Motion]

Meal 6 (9:00pm):
9oz Beef (96%), 175g Calrose Rice, 32g Cashew Butter, 40g Carrots

Midnight Meals (11:00pm & 2:00am):
3oz Beef (96%), 150g Calrose Rice, 32g Almond Butter

SHOW DAY MEALS
- Sauces (ketchup or hot sauce) containing sugar/sodium are added in for show day meals. Sodium will come from these and the foods with no additional sodium added like I normally do. I grabbed that new Heinz Hawaiian BBQ sauce since I don't eat sugary sauces and figure this is a good opportunity to try it before hopping back on my grind after the show lol.
- No water until after the show

Meal 1 (5:00am):
5 x Whole Eggs, 60g Oatmeal or 9oz Potato (ran out of rice)

(6:00am): 2 x Lightly Salted Rice Cakes and Peanut Butter

Meal 2 (7:00am):
3.5oz Beef (96%), 160g Calrose Rice, 1 tbsp. Mac Nut Oil, 2 x Lightly Salted Rice Cakes and Peanut Butter

(8:00am): 2 x Lightly Salted Rice Cakes and Peanut Butter

Meal 3 (9:00am):
3.5oz Beef (96%), 160g Calrose Rice, 1 tbsp. Mac Nut Oil, 2 x Lightly Salted Rice Cakes and Peanut Butter

(10:00am): 2 x Lightly Salted Rice Cakes and Peanut Butter

Meal 4 (11:00am): After Prejudging
Burger and Fries

(12:00pm): 2 x Lightly Salted Rice Cakes and Peanut Butter

Meal 5 (1:00am):
3.5oz Beef (96%), 160g Calrose Rice, 1 tbsp. Mac Nut Oil, 2 x Lightly Salted Rice Cakes and Peanut Butter

(2:00pm): 2 x Lightly Salted Rice Cakes and Peanut Butter (may not be needed)

Meal 6 (3:00am): (may not be needed)

Show: Mr. and Mrs. Muscle Beach
Location: Venice Beach, California
Date: July 4, 2019

Division: Classic Physique
Weight Cap: 210 lbs

Age: 28
Height: 6’ 1”
Starting Weight: 213 lbs

Supplement Sponsors:
- Gainbusters
- Vicious Labs

Now that I sit about 4 weeks out I wanted to start up a log tracking my progress and protocol leading into the show that I will be competing in on July 4th at Muscle Beach. Last year was a disaster to say the least, but a tremendous learning experience. Over these past 12 months I have made significant progress in terms of knowledge (particularly nutrition), training, and drugs (ask me about my Caber experience lmao). I know logs generally begin much earlier on in the process; however, I feel that the initial fat loss portion is pretty mundane with little to report on and I’m confident I can stick to posting for this relatively short period lol. I would like to become active on forums again... I’m just a reserved, isolated person... something I need to work on. Of course, if anyone has questions pertaining to anything I may have done prior to this phase then I am more than happy to oblige.

This log will be fully disclosed - diet, drugs (only tbh about what I'm taking not for discussion purposes so much), supplements, sleep, and even piss patterns will be included. Emphasis will be more on the diet, training, and supplements. By and large my nutrition plan is heavily based on the Vertical Diet and Peak Performance program made famous by Stan Efferding. I have incorporated this into what I have learned regarding prep from Bostin Loyd (love him or hate him he is a sweetheart and a true friend). As I get closer to the show I will be referring to Bostin for assistance with drugs, depletion, carb up, water/salt manipulation, etc. Up until this point I have been prepping myself. Guys, while my PED protocol is aggressive I cannot emphasize the nutrition aspect enough. In terms of importance, the food you shovel into your month far exceeds how much oil you can shoot into your body. You CANNOT out-drug a poor diet. Trust me, I have tried.

My general diet is posted below, but I do make incremental changes on a daily basis based on how look, feel, and perform in the gym. Twice per week I have a “high” day (Pull and Skwaat) where I will include extra carbs - I will post what I do for these days as they come up. I do not have any “cheat meals” implemented. Over the last year I have made good strides in lean mass gains and am doing my damnest to hang onto every ounce so I am closely monitoring overall weight loss to ensure that it is predominantly, or entirely, fat. Last years crash diet had me looking like a wrecked out, flat piece of jerky and at my height I need all the muscle I can muster. The Classic Physique division weight cap is 210 lbs, which is not very much for as tall as I am - at the moment I lack the muscle mass to do bodybuilding. This isn’t a big issue as it merely means I must achieve better conditioning.

The original goal was to slowly cut down to 210 lbs prior to the final week of depletion and re-load, but I am finding myself much closer to that point having weighed in at 213 lbs as of this morning (fasted/waking pics attached). It seems that I will be needing to cut down a little lower than anticipated but I’m still fairly excited as I shouldn't have to crush myself in the final weeks, which will lead to a much better overall look. We will see where I land at 7 days out (depletion phase) and how I look/weigh leading up to it. Pics will be posted on here periodically but feel free to hop on my IG for updates, food pronz, and noodz as well:

Thanks for the follow! And now more importantly my devotion to bodybuilding as a whole. My off season is now planned and focused on too rather than just when I want to lean out. That’s where this last year was a success. I already have my post show plan in place as well as meals prepped :)

Thanks, bro! They’re from my supplement lines, Vicious Labs and Gainbusters. Actually, Gainbusters has two solid legal PHs in the lineup: Bomb Squad and Swole Patrol. They’re the highest dose and best price for EpiAndro and 3AD, respectively. I have write ups I did for all the products on the site if you’re interested in getting a little more info. Feel free to email me too if you have more questions about them at [email protected]

Great log, what is the "overtraining solution" and "Chloro heal"?
Overtraining Solution by Ambrosia Collective is a post workout recovery enhancer and immune system booster. Great product. Chloro Heal was a TUDCA product by my company Vicious Labs. It’s currently discontinued but I may bring it back.

I knew I remembered the overtraining solution name and it was Ambrosia. I saw it quite while back. They were new back then so there was zero reviews out there. Great to hear it's working as it looked great on paper. I might revisit.

Blight and Ember look like great products especially with the sale. I had not checked out the single ingredient products Vicious had been releasing but these look to be on point and the single compound market is sorely underdeveloped and needed. Anyone have any feedback on these guys?
