Hope it goes great for you. I don't think I'm ready yet, but when I am I think I'll be just as excited.
I've been interested in ph's / aas for years and read tons about them I just never felt the need to make that jump.... But then everyone I knew or atleast it seems like everyone jumped on aas and passed me up.... Time to take back my throne haha

Thanks guys, I have kinda been complaining that my weight has been stagnant but after seeing the pictures side by side apparently I was doing something right, the scale lies
 
Yeah FUK the scale, I just hadn't compared my pics to each other until today, since I see myself everyday I noticed the changes as they came, I didn't realize it was that big of a difference from 2 months ago
 
yeah i feel you. i stopped doing weekly pics because of that. i do them every 4 weeks now and update them in my training log.

magnitropin's got me up 14 lbs in 11 weeks though... can't wait to compare those lol
 
That's some serious weight gain, I'm hoping for something like that when I reverse from this cut... I'll have to watch it though, I have a tendency to get fat in a hurry

I'm the same. My reverse went superslow... Then everything took off. Reintroduced creatine so in sure 2-3 lbs is from that
 
And I just realized I had already been cutting for a little while before that first pick, doing a typical bro split 1 muscle a day, but right about 6 weeks ago I changed it up to a program kinda like phat and that's when things really started changing

I bought my ai and serms first because I wasn't sure if I could hold off on starting the cycle as soon as I got the box haha, so I'm holding off to see if I can get my dmz/trest on a Christmas sale

Ostarine definitely isn't natty, but it's very mild stuff for sure. DMZ might come off as a bit harsh if you've never used other orals, but the cycle I just ran of Stano, 1dhea, Dianadrol & Dmz was by far the most enjoyable (and I enjoy ALL my cycles a lot lol). DMZ is excellent.

I haven't really maxed out but my pr's are 405 squat 405 dead and a 275 bench... I know I can blow away the squat and bench number but on deads I've started over and I'm trying to learn how to pull sumo

You can always stick it in between two small food boxes, or something similar.
 
Z you're making me want to cut early!! You're right, I went back up to see the side by side pics and world of difference. Chest development is great on top of the shoulders.

Shoulder stuff(db side laterals, rear delt flies, face pulls)
Solid session finally getting a feel for the pendlays think I can either do more reps at 205 or go up to 225 for sets of 3 next week

And that's it, did squats belt less until the 335 sets, squats were smooth but I didn't eat today until post workout.. My workout was at 130pm so I think that's why I didn't feel as strong as usual but I still hit the numbers I was supposed to so its alright, other than that it was a great workout crazy pump in my legs, and actually felt strong in everything else, hit a pr on rdl's, and maxed out the leg press machine we have so that's a pr too

Solid day today, I only went for those singles because I was feelin strong today prolly had 185 in me but I'm not pushin to failure, veins poppin outta my delts like crazy today another week in the books time to rest then hit it hard again next week
 
Never heard of somersault squats before this

YouTube them, they're really hard to explain but you do them in a smith machine and they completely destroy your outer quads, nothing will isolate the outer part of your quads the way these do
