LG Sciences subECDY Final Review
Strength Gains: 10/10
My strength went up across the board by at least 7% per lift with some being well over 10% increases. The amazing thing was that subECDY took days to kick in and these strength gains were notable in even the first two weeks. As far as strength goes, you will likely gain the most by shocking your muscles and letting subECDY serve its role as an adaptogen to help supercharge your body to catch up and adapt to the new weights and lifts. This is exactly how ecdysterone products should be used and you will find that the purity and delivery system utilized by subECDY make it easy to be impressed with your strength increases.
Muscle Density/hardness: 9/10
I always keep in mind that size can have a lot to do with the workout style used (hypertrophy, etc) but for subECDY the increases in muscle hardness and fullness are easily the earliest noticed effects. They seem to kick in in the first few days, and are notable by the third or fourth for sure. The dosing mechanism and the strength of subECDY are noticeable as I felt that my muscles were full and hard basically 24/7 while on it.
Size/Weight Gains: 10/10
For a recomp, I couldn't have asked for more. It was easy to maintain leanness while gaining muscle with subECDY. The last few days I upped my calories with mainly carbs which gave me a little softer feel around the waist. I started at 174lbs and ended at 181lbs, so I gained a total of 7lbs on thirty days of subECDY. I am very impressed with this! I utilized some of the techniques in the Blueprint (Mixel's ebook) and they helped, too. I would also note that with a very small increase over maintenance calories, these gains can clearly be attributed to subECDY.
Recovery: 9.5/10
Like any good ecdysterone product, recovery becomes a breeze. Notably, subECDY's effects kicked in very quickly, slightly faster than those of E-Bol from my experience, likely due to sublingual delivery being so effective.
Dosing: 7/10
This is the only downside I can think of for subECDY. At 4 pumps 8 times a day, dosing can be a little tedious. I found it to work very well with one dose before and another after workouts. The morning and pre-bed doses were also easy to remember but it is sometimes hard to time the other four. I would suggest possibly considering fewer doses with more pumps to make it easier to fit them in. In addition, it can sometimes be awkward to carry around a bottle of mystery liquid to spray under your tongue so it could be interesting to see if LG considers trying this in a sublingual tablet like their T-911, E-911 and the new MMV3.
LG clearly has the sublingual delivery down and its benefits can be seen in GHenerate and the above mentioned supplements. For subECDY it makes the ecdysterone more effective as it bypasses the gut and therefore avoids the problems that other products have had in the past. I gave this a 7 instead of a lower score due to this fact. As much as we may hate multiple doses per day, if it works this well, you can't complain too much.
Overall: 10/10
The only downside of subECDY is the 8 doses per day. Otherwise you have one of the best ecdysterone products out there. Strength gains were incredible, weight gain of 7lbs on a recomp is up there with prohormones and recovery is through the roof. Muscle hardness and density were greatly increased and were felt 24/7, likely due to the effective sublingual delivery. Compared to E-bol, this more simple formula had a greater effect on me which I would also attribute to the delivery system. I would suggest ethat with some of those exotic extras in E-bol, subECDY would be unstoppable. Overall, you can't go wrong with subECDY and hopefully LG will put this out and everyone can experience the power of effectively delivered ecdysterone.

Lifting Stats & Increases:
(Calculated 1RM for the final stats)
Squats: 270lbs to 287lbs
Deadlifts: 231lbs to 321lbs
Military Press: 85lbs to 115lbs
Bench: 185lbs to 203lbs
Dual Pulley Row: 145lbs to 174lbs
Weight: 174lbs to 181lbs
Clearly I was no where near my max for deadlifts when I started.... I highly suggest the loading pattern in here for really getting to ace the form on lifts. I started dead lifting earlier this year and I had leg strength from always doing squats but something wasn't right on my deadlift form. I just didn't have the form down, but after doing the first few days of the loading pattern with about 50 reps and decreasing, it came together much, much better. I'd take a better look at the other lifts for the comparisons since they were strength increases alone and not a combination of form and strength. Either way, I'm really happy with the outcome!
Thanks to CraigMatthew and IrishCannon for helping set me up with Texaslifter's bottle and thanks to Eric for creating this for the testers!
Lastly, thanks to everyone who followed along and feel free to post or send me any questions or feedback!
Edit: Added in the lifting stats for strength increases so its easier to see!
