Looking for people's good/bad experience with EQ? Will be adding it with test base of 500mgs and increasing to 750mgs. Looking mainly for endurance benefits, vascularity, and steady gains, not sure if it helps with fat loss much.

I have a ton so will most likely not be front loading. However not sure if I should start at 600 or 900 mgs per week.
