Lol ok cool. I have been trying to eat cleaner and cut out a bulk ofy carbs during the day. Also started doing more mid to high rep workouts. The past 8 weeks consisted of all heavy lifts.
Thinking that this diet and routine will help aid the stack i am on for some fat loss and lbm
