Agreed. One thing I never really considered until now is that there are various ways to define "muscle," but the most consistent one would be the following: muscle. That is, dry, hard muscle, myocyte number and hypertrophy - not glycogen, water, and interstitial fluid (though naturally more muscle will call for at least more interstitial fluid). So when you consider that the case, then the numbers suggested by hungry are pretty spot on. Only problem is that I would have to gain around 40 total pounds to manage that. Not sure how much lbm I would hold onto if I decided to cut after that either.
