GVT Day 1- CHEST/BACK
A-1 incline DB 55x10x10 (+5)
A-2 Bent over BB rows 145x10x10 (+10)
B-1 Pec Deck 135x3x12 (+10)
B-2 Bent over DB rows 85x3x10 (+5)
Stayed on tempo and had a sick pump. Vascularity is getting better and better. All A and B exercises are supersets and I'm loving it. I am only taking 60 seconds of rest between all sets.
Off day tomorrow.. don't know what to do with myself.
Diet was whack today. I didn't keep track and ate a ton. Being sick I don't want to lose weight. I didn't eat anything bad or unhealthy just lots of meat, veggies, fruit, whole grains and a couple protein shakes. I'm guessing close to 4000 calories.
Thanks guys. Totally motivated me. I went into the gym. It was murderous! All lifts increased 5-10lbs. Gotta love dosing test at 450mg 2x a week... brutal pumps but Im watching for sides. Kinda nervous running it this high its a lot of test and aromatization. I have dex, aromasin, letro, caber, erase pro, and forma so I can handle whatever happens.
