Thanks man. GVT is pretty cool. We will see what type of gains I get off of it over the next few weeks.

Update-

Diet was good today. Hit 2800-3000 calories. Had IHOP for breakfast as my cheat meal. They have an awesome Fit Menu... I felt like I was cheating really bad. Hit around 240g of protein total rest carbs and fats.

No sides to report other than some aggression and I'm Horny are fock. But haven't had a girl complain yet.

Hitting cardio in the AM and Legs after work.
 
Cardio session this morning. Did it fasted and hit the elliptical for 350 calorie burn. I will hit legs after work and post the workout tonight.
 
Realized I didnt put up a leg shot... damn. I will get one tonight and throw it up. Gotta show the foundation.

Like they aren't in the sent items folder so I'm getting kinda pissed because you know I write a **** ton. So since that's not working, i'll just fill you in here.

Picked up on 4 bottles of SD....*overkill* Not going to use them all at once of course HAHAHA!!! The price was just too good to pass up. If I would of bought SD locally it would of been the same price as all 4 bottles. I was also contemplating still doing Trenavar with the cycle, is there something else that you would run SD with? I've seen some bridges with Stano and I figure since it's the winter soon I might as well bulk up, 20-30 pounds is the goal, easily attainable by the start of next summer for sure.

Ever since I started cardio I tell a huge difference. If I cut back carbs I lean out fast and if I'm eating carbs it keeps me from bloating. Definitely a necessity in my workout regiment.

I turn on music and people watch in the mirrors Haha and just make fun of them in my head. Kills time
 
Well I am shutdown pretty hard. Noticed lately that I'm getting some testicular atrophy so I'm gunna mix hcg and start using it this week. I got everything I need to mix it into 175iu doses for 25 days. I will get more sterile water next month and mix another 5000iu vial.

My dose schedule will be 250iu the night before every injection. That is the point my test will be the lowest and your balls will be more sensitive to the LH stimulation.

Would anyone like me to post HCG mixing instructions? I will if someone is interested in it or doesn't know how.

I'm pinning 450mg Test in the morning and hitting Cardio. I will post my leg workout tomorrow.
 
i got 5000 iu vials, i was just going to mix 1ml of ba and use .05 a mil twice a week. that should equal 250iu per dose, correct?

I guess but I would think you would want it in more sterile water just so its not so potent in a small amount of water. Normal mixing is with 25-30ml of water. The waters only like $8 so it ain't that bad.
 
that would be like 1ml sub q. tell me how you do this, ive read to do it with the smallest amount of water possiable. like how i mix my peptides. i am proably wrong as i have never used hcg befor
 
I'm going to be doing IM injections. HCG can be done either IM or SUBQ. The article I read says IM is the better way to administer it. I am using a slin pin with a 28g needle.
 
call me crazy but my 29g slin pins hurt more than my 25g 1inchers. its like i have to fight to break the skin with them.

GVT Day 3

Legs/Abs

A-1 Back Squat 40X0 Tempo. 185x10x10. This was brutal and about set 9-10 I was hurting pretty bad.

A-2 Straight Leg Lifts 40X0 Tempo. 125x10x10. Went kinda light since I tweaked my back in the last leg workout. I will be bumping up next workout.

B-1 Machine Crunches 2020 Tempo. 135x3x15. Heavy weight and I did it slow. Felt that burn and it wasnt very nice.

B-2 Seated Calf Raises 2020 Tempo. 90x3x20. Burned and had a sweet calf pump.

This was by far the most brutal leg workout I have done in the last 4 months at least. I threw up in the parking lot before I got in my truck.. all water so it was ok. My legs were weak and shakey after. Could barely get in the shower when I got home. haha
 
So I am Focking sick! Didnt feel to great this morning and had a bit of a dry throat yesterday. Figured it was just the heat here and I was a bit dehydrated. Nope. I have a fever now and my throat is slightly swollen and its painful to swallow anything but water.

Should I give it a few days out of the gym? Or power through this? Advice? I hate to waste these precious days on Test. I am just pounding a ton of water and eating fruit and veggies by the ton today. Was going to be Chest and Back today with a cardio burn after.
 
Push through it, try to get to bed earlier. I hate taking time off the gym, expecially since ur in the mix. It might just be a quick bug.

But be safe :)
 
Go kill it bro. I felt the same way one day last week but went to the gym anyway and had a pretty solid day. It's crazy sometimes your so focused on leavin a murder scene you dont think about not feeling the best. I vote go beast it up. But be safe of course lol

GVT Day 1- CHEST/BACK
A-1 incline DB 55x10x10 (+5)
A-2 Bent over BB rows 145x10x10 (+10)

B-1 Pec Deck 135x3x12 (+10)
B-2 Bent over DB rows 85x3x10 (+5)

Stayed on tempo and had a sick pump. Vascularity is getting better and better. All A and B exercises are supersets and I'm loving it. I am only taking 60 seconds of rest between all sets.

Off day tomorrow.. don't know what to do with myself.

Diet was whack today. I didn't keep track and ate a ton. Being sick I don't want to lose weight. I didn't eat anything bad or unhealthy just lots of meat, veggies, fruit, whole grains and a couple protein shakes. I'm guessing close to 4000 calories.


Thanks guys. Totally motivated me. I went into the gym. It was murderous! All lifts increased 5-10lbs. Gotta love dosing test at 450mg 2x a week... brutal pumps but Im watching for sides. Kinda nervous running it this high its a lot of test and aromatization. I have dex, aromasin, letro, caber, erase pro, and forma so I can handle whatever happens.

If your thoat is still sore get to the doctors...if its strep throat you can stop it with antibiotics before it even gets too bad.

Keep killing it bro...if you choose to work out while sick make sure you really up those calories and rest.

Taking the day off. Im sicker than I thought. Had a fever of 103 last night and completely soaked my bed with sweat. It was pretty gross. I feel a little better today but my body is aching. Gunna go home and go to bed right away.

Diet- Not sticking to it right now. Im in emergency mode and eating everything in sight. I dont want to lose muscle and am forcing mself to eat a TON of food.

Yesterday was amazing in the gym though. I could totally go in and kill a session today. I can feel that pin of 450mg Test yesterday morning... short temper today, horny and pissed that I am sick.

Monkey- You should try it out. I was skeptical at first but was sold after 1 lift session. I havent been that sore in a very long time. And the leg workout was very brutal. I modified mine a bit to fit my needs but I see some huge gains in my future. Its pretty much a Grow or Die program.

Rest up bro...as long as you have an appetite keep the caloires high, epecially protein intake. Literally sleep and eat. You'll get better fast.

Good plan. Quick note tho-103 temp is not usually associated with a viral infection, although generalized body aches are. Keep an eye on it, dose with tylenol AND ibuprofen if needed, and if you keep having fevers like someone already said, get some treatment.
