YG and K-R-ALA + IGF

Any concerns with going hypo with stacking these three? I'm feeding a rat 25mcg of IGF E3D, 5 weeks on 2 off, along with 4 capsules a day Glucophase XR. These both lower blood sugar levels, but only a little lethargy has been noted so far.

The rat is a lean 240lbs with 3800cal/day maintenance level so carbs are fairly high....yes he's a big rat.

If it is a concern and one of them should be dropped...which one would work more synergistically with YG?

I'd drop the K-R-ALA and just run the YG with the IGF-1, your going to have to raise you carb intake as well, so get back to me with how many carbs your eating and i can make some suggestions for you. I wouldn't eat any less than 60g's of carbs per serving of YG. To give you some idea i had to more than triple my carb intake when i started using YG earlier this week, lol. This should make for a POTENT recomposition stack.

roughly 300g protein, 75-100g fat, and 500g carbs.

i'm primarily taking the k-r-ala for the antioxidant properties...perhaps just drop the dosage? or use it just postworkout. i follow high glycemic crowd with 50g WPI and 60g Dextrose postworkout, although i'm loving my juicer and will likely switch over from dextrose to a fresh juice blend postworkout so I can get some micronutrients and antioxidants post workout.

other than may postworkout shake I eat a high fiber, nearly all unprocessed organic food. a meal is eaten eaten every 2-3 hours.

I'm hoping it will be a potent recomp stack. Since i don't know when YG will come out (and i missed the bulk buy) I'm planning on running symettry/powerfull next along with my standard supps wich includes fish oil(6)/CLA(6)/Sesamin(2)/K-r-ala along with IGF and PGHT.

I'm really looking to hit 250lbs @10%bf for body composition in the next year, to allow me to compete at a maximal level in the 242 lb class (losing and regaining 8lbs in water for wiegh ins)

I'm really interested in wether i can keep some K-r-ala in with the stack as without it and megdosing of milk thistle my liver values run a little high.
 
Well first off i'd up your carbs post-workout from 60g's to 100g's maybe even 120gs. And i just think it would be a bit much having YG+KRALA+IGF-1, but if you decid you want all 3 in their then up your carbs to 600g's and lower your dose of KR-ALA. I think you'd be better off just dropping the KR-ALA and picking up some Anabolic Innovations Cycle support, if that's the main reason you were using it was for the anti-oxidants. So ya up your carbs to 600g's and see how you are, you'll probably have increase them from their, honestly though after trying YG you won't wanna go back to KR-ALA, well for the partioning effects anyway. Also consider stacking in Cialabol but only if you drop the KR-ALA otherwise that'd just be overboard.

So competing soon are ya, ya i wanna compete in the next 2 years, i wanna be 270lbs at 5%, i'm currently 278lbs at 14% so i'm recomping right now myself and YG has been a life saver.
 
thanks for the info. I'll give it a try without the k-r-ala, and i'll look into the cialabol. I compete in powerlifting...so 10% is considered lean there, and I don't want to go any leaner as my strength levels drop significantly...still I ain't bad at only 5'9"

damn nice stats youself! very impressive.
