So I'm on a cut , was on keto but going to change to low carb with YG. I'm tryin to run my body on about 150 grams of carbs split into 3 meals now I'm a use 50 in meal 1 50 in meal 3 and should I use 50grams of carbs before or after I lift what do you think(I lift at 6PM because of work and if you do say after I lift should I use comlex carbs or simple? I know simple is good for after but will compex work because of the YG?
