yellow gold?

So I'm on a cut , was on keto but going to change to low carb with YG. I'm tryin to run my body on about 150 grams of carbs split into 3 meals now I'm a use 50 in meal 1 50 in meal 3 and should I use 50grams of carbs before or after I lift what do you think(I lift at 6PM because of work and if you do say after I lift should I use comlex carbs or simple? I know simple is good for after but will compex work because of the YG?
 
I would have only 25g of carbs w/ meal 1, 25g pre-WO and 50g post-WO. Basically try and move more carbs around your workout. And no you don't need simple sugars PWO, you will be fine with the complex.
You might want to try a BCAA+ WMS shake during your workout.
 
Thanks for the input. Now I just finished my workout and decided to man up and take the YG straight up, I have some capped but wanted to do it like a man so I took the 1\4 teaspoon and filled it up , after that I packed it to get as much as posible, did what to short change myself, well I packed it to much and could not get it to come out so I poured it on to my palm opened my mouth put it in and drank my water. Damn this stuff sucks hardcore, my mouth is now all yellow, its been 15 min later and I can still tast it. How do you take it, if not capped? Do you mix it in water first or what?
 
I've been taking yg for about 2 years and it does not matter if you mix it or not, it will taste gosh awful..

I cap it. There's not alpha male mentality to gain or lose by capping ...
 
you need to make sure your meals with carbs are done with your yg dosages. i would reccommend more than 25 grams of carbs after yellow gold. otherwise you would not get the benefit of the product.
 
Yellow Gold is honestly one of the most effective supps I've used in the last 2 years combined with a solid diet
 
yellow gold is definitely the worst tasting stuff on earth. I just spend the extra cash on AP rather than waste time capping it myself. As far as amount of carbs to take after taking YG, I have found that 50 grams is a good medium in 3 seperate meals around workout time. No fat gain but my muscles blow up.

I picked up some Anabolic Pump in the sale, is it the same compound as yellow gold?
