Yellow gold question

This question is for USP, mullet, and anyone else who tested this stuff...do you guys think you could get good results for a "recomp" like effect by eating carbs only during my meals with the yellow gold? I usually eat about 300-400 grams of carbs a day, I was thinking 100 in the morning, and then 100 pre and post? Thanks in advance

This is close to what I'm doing. I take in the majority of my carbs 15mins after dosing YG. However I have a few carbs here and there on the days that I train. If you have seen my log you will see that this is great for "recomp" :)

Your log is actually one of the main reasons I bought it right away, I was going to try avant labs synthesize but ended up going with yellow gold for now in part because you seem to never respond to anything and are having great results :jaw:

I feel so yes. If you were to incorporate AP in that manner it would basically be like a CKD, as the carbs you would be intaking would not be metabolized in the same manner.
 
I'm thinking ahead. I don't ever want to run out of this stuff :)
And this will probably be the last time I will see USPLabs sell this in bulk. I like capping my own stuff.
