Double Dosing Update

Well I tried doubling the dosage but I didn`t notice much of an effect. Perhaps once or twice I felt a bit hungrier afterwards, but nothing to be writing about because sometimes I just don`t get as full. I`m thinking about experimenting with the timing. I know some of you guys mentioned dosing it 30 mins prior and finding it worked better that way. I might give that a go if anybody is interested in hearing about that.
 
I have to wait 30-45 minutes before I get the 'pump' going.

I don't know if I don't notice the effects as much as other people, but I can pretty confidently say I've never experienced a "pump" feeling :( I've taken 1.2g on an extra stomach and waited an hour before carbs and didn't feel anything and sometimes I gorge after 2 caps but I don't feel extra pumped. The only pump feeling I can remember is about 3 days after starting the YG log, I noticed my chest was looking slightly pumped, but either it went away or I've just gotten used to the changes.

Anyways here's a bit of a log update. I have gone back to dosing 570mg of YG but not 25-30 minutes pre-meal. I also increased my cardio to an extra HIIT session and one extra Low-Intensity .

I have been still doing about 70-80g of complex carbs per meal. I have about 20 days supply left. I didn't order any Yellow Gold on my Christmas Order from Nutraplanet, and I'm still debating whether to get YG or AP on my next order. I did gain some fat mass with my muscle gains, but it could have been like I said earlier due to my caloric surplus. Anyways I'll keep on going for another 2 or 3 weeks until I'm out. Then I won't have to wait 20 minutes to hit my breakfast when I wake up :)
 
Great Log.YG, Ap, and Pslin, esp pslin have similar effects of insulin . With that said Insulin I hear, makes your muscles like they have a air pumped in them making them inflated with air. Did yoiu notice this effect from YG?

Smeton I'd have to say I haven't felt any extra pump while on YG. I've been on it since Nov 3rd I guess, and I've got to cap another round tonight but I think I've got around 2 weeks worth left. Thus far I think YG hasn't delivered what I was hoping. This Friday I will be starting a Ragnarok log, and after that possibly (hopefully!) an X-Factor log for Jjohn. When that is over, probably pre-summer, I will probably be shedding a few bf % for the summer look. At that time I'll decide between buying the real AP and seeing if it gives me the results I want, or I might try Na-R-ALA with some thermogenics.

I'll definitely make a final post when I run out of yellow gold.
 
I definitely feel the pumps. This stuff does taste awe full and gives you bad breath cuz it sticks to plaque on your tongue and teeth. Most of the other bulk powders taste bad but the taste doesnt stay like this. BTW just making an observation not whining at all.
(Id say Muira Puama is the easiest to take)

YG gives me the shts and it smells awe full! be careful not to spill it in your house or car because it will make that area smell like an Indian restaurant.

Update:

Well I've been parachuting 1g for the last couple of days about 15-minutes pre-meals and it seems to be more effective for me atleast making me hungry-wise. I double dosed caps to give 1.2g but I didn't seem to feel much of an effect, but for some reason parachuting 1g straight has made me hungrier in the past few days. I still haven't got any pump feeling, but there was a jump in appetite. I think I will keep doing 1 or 1.2g capped and see how it goes.

Try parachuting it, which is basically putting it in a kleenex, rolling it into a ball and swallowing. Painless and taste-free!
 
So I've been parachuting it with my large carb meals (more than 60g) for the past week now, and I have to say I think I've seen some results. During my exam period I was taking YG with all my carb meals but I was eating over maintenance with little cardio.
Now with 1g/meal and some HIIT and LIT 3x a week today, I've shed the little bit of bf I put on before.

It's hard to say if the Yellow Gold has been responsible, but I think it has helped. I've also been taking it 30mins before eating to let the Glut-4 receptors get properly activated, and I try and not include too much fat with my high-carb meals. I have a little bit of renewed optimism in YG.
 
Since I started Im hungrier tha ever while taking in 500 carbs and 4,000 calories. Do you notice this Steve oph?
I take two capsules at one time,usually, at least twice a day, also taking Plsin, and one capsules sometimes, like a lower carbs meal or something.
 
smeton, so ur attributing the increase in hunger to the YG/P-slin combo right?

Honestly I can't say I've noticed any appetite change. Sure sometimes I'm hungry after a high carb meal, but it's often because the carbs were denser or that I didn't have much in my stomach before eating. It's sort of how you can feel full quickly if you've got a bunch of liquid in your stomach already when you start eating. I do know that some people find AP increases their appetite, but personally I haven't found that with YG.
 
I took a full tablespoon about 30 min before I went to golden corral and ate about 8lbs of chicken+ sides and other crap in around 40 minnot even full or bloated. Just figured i'd mention not trying brag.

No i haven't forgotten about this log, but I am running Ragnarok sponsored by MST so out of respect I'm focusing on that log.

I've been parachuting 1g of YG twice daily; 25minutes before breakfast which is about 70g of complex carbs from oats. I also take it 25 mins before my post-WO meal which is also about 70g of complex carbs and some lean protein with just a little bit of fats.

About a week ago I didn't take my YG with my post-WO meal two days in a row, and I have to say wow what an effect it had. I was pretty doubtful of YG for most of the time up until then, but when I missed my dose the rest of the day I felt puffy/bloated while eating exactly the same diet (Tracked by Fitday, same breakdown and everything). Despite being an ecto at 6% bf I think YG has been helping me to take in my carbs around my workouts. On a typical day, I'll get 75g CHO from breakfast, another 60g CHO in my post-WO shake and then another 70g in my post-WO meal, which is all over by about 11:00. The YG helps me take in all these carbs pretty well with almost no fat gain.

Also I got some PSlin in the mail from Jacob yesterday, and while I am on ragnarok right now, once I'm finished it I will be posting my reviews of PSlin as well. Possibly in this thread or I might start a new log, not sure yet.
 
I use YG Pre workout and post workout. I get so pumped in the gym I have to stop and let the blood leave my muscles. When doing bi's I cant touch my ears Im so pumped. I use 1 cap and 15-20 mins later use waxy corn maise for carb up. That is the best carb up in my opinion. I hear some people just dont respond to AP or YG. Im glad I do! Just my 2 cents.:bb:
