I felt really strong with my squats today, despite being sick. Finding a more natural stance & improving my form has helped a lot!! The Sustain Alpha has had a nice effect on my strength during this run as well!!

I applied the last dose of the Sustain Alpha last night. Like I've previously mentioned, a few times, I have thoroughly enjoyed this time on the Sustain Alpha. I will be posting my final thoughts & full review later today (during naptime)!! Thank you again to BPS for the oppurtunity to log this product.

Thanks for logging this for us! When the nugget is feeling better and you get some free time, would you mind sharing you final thoughts here? http://anabolicminds.com/forum/product-review/271392-sustain-alpha.html

It helps people who use that feature and don't read logs. Thanks for running such a fantastic log! Looks like you responded very well to it! I hope your husband enjoyed it as much as you did! :D

I'm too high risk...even if we wanted more. Our son was born at 28 weeks, and we both are lucky we came out of it healthy & ok.
My wife was in the same boat, exaact same, her son was born at 28 weeks she almost died, he almost died. He was there for 6.5 weeks before he ever got to leave the hospital. We lost 2 and then decided no more, 2 weeks later we found out sshe was pregnant and we were scared for both hers and Trinity's lives.
Mrs.*

Haha!

I can never remember the difference any more it is really a bit played out. A man is Mr. no matter if he is married or not. Why does a woman have to be labeled with the r to show the mans ownership? I mean c'mon, if you add the r to Ms and it becomes Mr's basically... I say get rid of the r. C'mon who's with me! Okay I guess it's just me and the gold fish. ;)

Actually, Ms can be used for either married or single women & is correct. So, you good!!

I thought I was, that it changed a while back. The rest I was just being silly about. Popped in my head and thought it was funny. :)

As long as you don't call me Mr, we're straight!!! :D

Yeah, Ms comes into play mostly when people aren't sure if someone is married or single. It takes the guess work out of figuring out which to use. It's also preferred when referencing a women who is married, but did not take her husband's name!!

See with your explanation of when to use it, it almost sounds like my joke may have been part of the actual motivation for that. IE... I am not a piece of property, I kept my name and my independence... I will retain an independent woman's title.

I love it when a man responds to me with a yes, ma'am! Drives me crazy!

I hate it. I grew up in the Southeast & was made to say yes/no ma'am & sir. I really don't like being referred to as ma'am by EVERYONE.

I love it! It makes me want to rip his clothes off! Haha

I was brought up saying Yes Ma'am

Final thoughts/review of Sustain Alpha...

First off I'd like to thank BPS, one more time, for the opportunity to log Sustain Alpha.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time on Sustain Alpha. For starters it applies easily, dries nicely (within the 4 mins stated on product label), and the smell isn't too potent. Some people have reported experiencing a tingling effect after application. I did experience this, but it was not unpleasant at all. I'm confident it is just from the fast drying action caused from the alcohol, contained in the product, evaporating rapidly.

I started out at 3 pumps per day, but found that 4 pumps per day was the magic number. I was able to really feel the positive effects of the Sustain Alpha at 4 pumps per day. Primary application areas were clavicle, quads, arm pits, tops of feet, and quads. I would recommend that other females start with 3 pumps and move up to 4 in the second week. At this dosing the bottle with last roughly 35 days.

The biggest pro, for me, was definitely the libido boost. As a female who has dealt with extended periods of low libido, it was nice to have it nice and high with no negative side effects. It was overly stimulating, but did give me more desire and eagerness. It also made sex more "intense". The increased libido kicked in pretty quickly after bumping up to 4 pumps, and remained through the rest of the time on the product.

Other pros to using the Sustain Alpha were increased strength, faster recovery periods, and a more mellow mood overall. I was really able to increase my weight on a couple of my big movements. Nothing like feeling nice and strong as the weeks progressed. I also found that my recovery periods were shortened a bit. I typically stay sore for a few days, but noticed that my soreness was lessened and improved much sooner than normal. This was with the exception of legs! My mood was a bit more laid back for me, as well. I can be high strung and found the Sustain Alpha provided just enough of a test boost to chill me out some.

I would recommend this product to those who are looking for mild TD to naturally give their testosterone a gentle boost. As a female, I found it very effective, but not overly effective or harsh on my system. It did exactly what I was hoping it would do. I was very pleased with my run on Sustain Alpha, and will be using it again in the future!!!

See you there !!
