Meh Acnetame didn't work for me and I cannot imagine myself exfoliating my entire upper body every single day especially my back, that's a bitch to reach.

I took minocycline before and I didn't notice much of a difference. I'll try out the dial soap though.

Using Proactive 3 step bodywash right now, only 1 week in.
 
if its acne on your back, go bath in some salt water.... and get a sunburn

always helps me out

also, i used to use every damn proactive, clearasil, type body/face wash in the world.... when i stopped all that and just used dial antibacterial soap it cleared up more than while i was using it
 
Ha think I could just put salt in my bath and soak in it? I also have been tanning outside for 15-20 minutes for 3 times a week now.
 
100% serious. take liek 2-3 days than you'll be spotless. just kinda harsh on the skin

Ok since my back is the worse, I'll use it there. How long did you rub it in for? With my body wash I rub it in for 1 minute then wash it off.

dude, try tanning like at least an hour or more EVERYDAY


if you got the time.... your on cycle, take advantage of the sun and look your best

the sun and chlorine/salt will take care of it... and if it doesnt, just add more sun... if your ALL red, nobody will see the little red dots

i use it on my face and shoulders mainly. i just lather up a loofa or something and scrub my face with the soap and super hot water. i let it sit for a little bit and than rinse with super hot water again. you skin will feel super sticky cuz there no grease on it and will prolly be a little red.

itll dry your skin out super effin quick so lotion yourself up after a couple of days.

What I meant was I tan for 15-20 min each side. So today I did 18 min per side for a total of 36 min. I'll try an hour.

Just tuned in man looks like you've gotten some sweet gains so far! I'm doing a test e and deca cycle once my torn rotator cuff tendon heals up. Keep up the detailed post mate I'll be watching!

i used the dawn safe for hands soap, or whatever its called. it should work slick, get some lotion tho cuz itll irratate your skin a little from drying it out so much. some guys gave me this tip long time ago, works awesome

First day of PCT starts today! Doing 100mcg shot of Triptorelin today around the late evening. Esters should be clear by then since it's been exactly 2 weeks since my last pin. Tomorrow will be when I start my Nolva which is 20/20/10/10 with Aromasin ED.

Here's some pics of me before PCT. Sitting around 204lbs.

I definitely gained some bodyfat and a beard during cycle! Can't wait to cut!

Hey man, this is my first cycle I'm an 18 yr old powerlifter just looking for strength and size, do you think that doing 1cc of dbol and 1cc of tren would be good for me?? Im 18 like i said, bench 425, squat 655, and deadlift 605, weight 292

Who are you asking? This thread is 4 years old. I get that you're new and probably just came across the thread in a search and don't really get how it works. But the answer is NO to your questions, and you're not even allowed to post here under 21 years old.
