ok, ok, I was supposed to re-calculate my diet and training but unfortunately I didn't have time yesterday since problems at work turned up and I had to work :( I will stick to the previous one this week and I will change it next week, also I see myself like I am holding a bit of water and therefore without "seeing me" correctly I can't make a good calculation.

I am thirsty man! I'm just back from abs shoulders bic and tri and I'm now resting after my dinner :) 200g sweet potato, 120g chicken + 4 eggs White and some veg :)

The dedication is evident bro. Nice job. When I get back to the states I will be keeping it clean and back to the gym. Traveling for work kills me for the staying fit life!

I'd say it's ok-ish I'll start new diet and training on Monday, hopefully I'll have the time to work it out this time :)

And again i have t got any time, working this weekend too :(

Anyway I'll drop the intra wo carbs by just 30g and I was wondering if training one week with simple 4x8 sets and give the time to my body to rest in this way to start harder next week with new program...

What do you think? Any suggestions?

So for now I know I'll drop 30g carbs from my macros. What about training?

At the moment I'm training all muscles twice a week.

Didn't touch any the entire trip! Not a fan at all man. Wasn't to fond of many foods typical of that area either time I was visiting. Just not my taste. The beer is amazing though and wish we could have a better variety of it here in the states.

I am glad you didn't "cheat" to much ahahhaha Ive been in Berlin for 1 month when I was 21 and I know the food is ***** the only thing I really liked was the croissant with cheese in it and jam lol ahahahahah at 7am in the morning after raving, that was the "new reborn" ahahahahha

in UK we have many many many beers you should come to visit me on your way back next time :) I am not a "drinker", I don't actually drink at all but I know there are many varieties here :)

I should be returning at the end of the month. I agree the food there is nothing special to me. The beer though oh my my!

hi everyone, this is just a quick update, I have been training with simple sets of 3x8-4x8 last week and I am planning to do the same this week coming, reason for that is I had no time yet to write down a new diet and training, I wanna take the time to do it and not rushing things.

Training is good anyway, I am feeling strong and I am keeping up the hard work, I am steel lean and in a good shape ;) dieting wise I had a cheat meal yesterday, well deserved I'd say, and I am still on same macros as last week, I have just reduced the intra WO carbs and cardio from 45min to 40 a day.

Supplements

ZMA is about to finish and forsk is still there, I am planning to continue forsk, obviously PES select and PES e9 are staples and are never gonna be missing in my diet. I don't know if and what to add as a next stack and I would like to add something when I start the new diet and training, still not want to add epro + again, I wanna save it for this summer (i'll run, epro+ alphamine and shift for an optimal all around cut stack) so if you have some suggestions, feel free to tell me "what".

So finally on Monday I'll start my coach prep and I'll log here everything, supplements wise I'll stick to e9 and that's it :) let's see what happen :)

Training is push/pull program, never done it before so I can't wait!
It's 3 days + 1 day touch up lol and it'll be something like Mon-Wed, Rest Thursday, train Friday and Saturday and rest Sunday.

On non training days carbs are roughly half and fats are higher :)
 
Can't wait for tomorrow guys!!! I'll start my new prep with a real coach, I'm excited!!! I had a big steak just now just to pump blood in veins ready to smash the gym tomorrow :)
 
So Ive never done something like this before, today was pull focus and it was nice not training with arms pains and discomfort all over the right shoulder, I guess it's cause if the muscles called to work, nice stuff, I felt great, pumped, especially after last drop set of biceps lol

Diet wise, I felt a bit hungry in the first part of the day, then finally carbs arrived as pre wo, all carbs are concentrated pre intra and post so breakfast and lunch are sad meals :) at least there are more fats so I can stay/feel full longer :)
 
Great pump and strength today I'm in love with this program :) today was push so I did chest shoulders triceps and calf and then HIIT I felt great and I'm still feeling pumped :)

Indeed mate, yesterday I had some nice and enjoyable drop sets for arms, my guns were exploding lol
 
Quick update guys

So after just a week since I started the new diet and training provided by my coach, I lost 2kg and I'm leaning out, this was achieved increasing calories and decreasing cardio from

7 times
45-50min

5 times
3x steady @4.5km/h 15% incline 30min
2x HIIT 20" sprints 1.30' cool down on bike

Now I checked in and my coach increased again carbs and fats and decreased cardio to just 4 times per week

2x steady
2x HIIT

I'm feeling much better and rested and I feel like what I'm doing is more right, I didn't have pain on my arms and the push/pull training is helping with that, I feel overall good and happy.

I'm taking just e9 and minerals + vit, no thermogenics nothing at all.

quick update

I keep loosing weight and I am at -2.6kg since last Monday!!!!!!!! pretty great huh! and Im not loosing muscles :) water and fat :)

I have a high carbs/low fat meal today, I am going to do it as post wo and I feel like I really need it, I see myself a bit empty and flat, I guess cause of the weight loss anyway i feel good and I have good amount of energy :) I am going now to have my "pull sesh"

the thing is amazing to me is that I am loosing all this and I have reduced cardio and eating more!!! so happy guys, its a good sensation knowing that your body is starting working/performing again in a good way and its optimizing metabolism :)

I had it as post wo.

The day after the weight was a bit increased but it's going down again, strength was skyrocketing tho and fullness noticeable :)

Training is going very well performance is improving and strength too, I went up to all of my exercises comparing with last week :)
 
ok so checked in and turns out I am not on a 2xHIIT sesh weekly only and no more cardio and on top of this my carbs and fats have been increased :) and I am still improving :)

strength is again up and endurance is infinite :) so happy, I will have my refeed on this Sunday as usual :)
 
So hi all, the new job took me away from the forum but NOT from the gym lol so things are improving I'm down now to just 15m HIIT and fats/carbs increased and I'm still going down, slower than bribe fire but still continue to improve. Performance and endurance are great strength is going up every workout, I'm so happy! Now my body is learning how to use and maximise better the macros and I have plenty of room to improve when I want to cut since I'm now at 276g carbs and 70-90 fats deep gin of training or not and on top of that I'm resting 2 days a week! So happy!

I'm holding condition pretty well, my coach "removed" totally cardio for me and increased slowly calories carbs and fats to try to improve the way my body is functioning and he achieved that boom, I'm eating roughly 2200kcal a day and not doing cardio, also workouts volume are lower than before and I'm slowly leaning out, slowly guys really slowly but I'm putting some lean mass too so I'm very happy! I'm only taking e9 that's it :) I should be able to reach optimal body metabolism in 2 weeks and then let's see what the coach will say :)

Strength is on the sky and I'm feel good :)

E9 does a damn good job as a stand alone. I'm running Erase Pro as of yesterday. Thinking of what to add but not sure what will be in the mix besides that. Strength being in the clouds always brings a smile to my face. Keep at it big dog.
