Dr Mario??? happy Sunday! yesterday just HIIT 50 min for me and today back! boom, just to clarify I won't have any cheat meal on xmas and/or during xmas time, I will be stick to my diet, to many efforts and I don't wanna loose everything I worked for just for a xmas pudding :) i know you will understand :)

waist is down to 79! yo!

weight is down to 66.5, so just 100g less than last week, fat% still showing 5.5

anyway I see myself much better, you can see here and tell me what you think comparing with the previous update.

I started ERASEPRO+ yesterday and boom! I am taking it first thing in the morning empty stomach.

I will do 2 months with epro+ and ABE and see where this will take me.

Under hand grip bent over rows 10 reps super set with close grip pull down 10 reps x 4 sets

i wish I was able to do more but trust me I am doing my best :) aleways trying to improve my results and to crash my limits, that is the only wayI have to achieve results and conditioning. :)
 
So back smashed ha! And I had also a cheat meal! After cheat meal+abe (30 min before) I was full and I was exploding lol I had a burger with fries boom! And a bagel with honey and jam:) so after 11 weeks this is my first cheat and I hope this will accelerate improvements rather than shut it down :)

ok ok ok here I am and today is obs LEGS day lol, I of course didn't see anything RE erasepro+ and that is obvious after just 3 days :) anyway today i'll have legs and again I will try to smash them.

Seated leg extensions FST-7 7 x 10-12 reps 30 sec rest
Squat (barbell or machine) x 4x15 super set with isometric hold against the wall for 30 seconds
Leg Press feet wide (up sets) x 1 sets 10 reps increase weight by 1 plate each set until complete failure
Leg press feet together 4 x 20 last set 3 part drop sets
Leg Extension 10 reps toes pointing in, 10 reps toes pointing out, 10 reps normal stance super set with walking chain lunges x 4 both too failure (high reps) 20-30s
Leg press split stance one foot high one foot low 20 reps each legs 4 sets


Calfs:

Leg press calf raises 25
Seated callf raise 25 reps

(circuit so one after another, 2-3 sets)


this week my gym will be closed on xmas day and boxing day so I will have to do arms (bic and tri) same day and I'll have to do my HIIT even today lol but hey, it gotta be done :)

yep I know that :) slower than aramistane and more powerful :) once it will kicks in I will be dried out lol, at least this was what was happening with the old epro (abieta one) :)

I am taking it first thing in the morning empty stomach, taking l-dopa and animal PM before bed, would you like me to try pre bed and tell you my impressions? I don't mind it will be the same to me :)

so legs yesterday was great, I went up with reps rather than weight and I have replaced the leg press with the squats, doing same type of exercises but with squats :) just to shock the body!

here we go with chest day today :)

Cable cross overs FST-7 7 x 10-12 reps 30 sec
Incline Barbell Press x 4 x 10-12 reps last set triple drop set
Flat dumbbell bench super set flat flyes x 4 12-15 reps
Hammer smith incline press 10 reps x 4 sets 2 second contraction at the top 4 sets
Cable cross overs 15-20 reps superset with stretch press ups x 4 sets

I will try to go up again, the gym is empty these days :) ppl are eating like pigs and don't give a **** about training.... "average ppl" do this, and then they will be back on Jan to try fix their body shapes after xmas period... at that time they will look like pears hahahahahahha so I am enjoying the emptiness of the gym :)

Ha!!!! It's showing off day today, let's show the ppl "why I have such a lean body" hahahah (I wish it was true but I'm working on it lol)

Anyway, yesterday was good, epro+ still doesn't shine but abe does hahahah more vascular and more muscles can be seen especially on the back, I used to have a pretty much flat back :) abs are still there and improving, endurance is going up, more than strength I have to say, pump is ridiculous, combination of e9+hv+aminoIV is sick lol

I'm feeling well overall, only thing is I went down in carbs cause I wanted to don1 week at 119g instead of 189g and I raised up good fats from 44 to 54-59 well... Basically I'm not having anymore my intra with hbcd but only isolate and it's really hard guys... Especially till my body doesn't "accept the change" but I'm trying to shock my body so it's good.

My proteins are still at customs :( I was hoping to have breakfast on xmas with vanilla and white chocolate mint but probably I'll have to stay with chocolate peanut butter cup :)

even having 2 cheat meals and 3 brownies I still look good enough to be happy lol, I reckon these cheats will improve my metabolism and spark it up again!

Today was AMMMMMAZING! I am sure the cheat meal haloed a lot, lot of strength, endurance and I look fuller and leaner than lay time I hit the weights boom!!!

I decided to change my workout routine, after 12 weeks my body got used to it and changes are noticeable so I will take some time tonight/today to make a new program, I did fst-7/resistance/negative sets/drop sets/super sets.... time to change :)
 
I have decided to shock my body again, I feel I am in the "enhanced metabolism phase" so I will up my macros as below:

2115kcal

200g protein
241g carbs
39g fats

I have added roughly 11g of proteins, 122g carbs and reduced of 10g fats.

I will add one more HIIT day and I will change workout:

Day 1: Back and Chest (MASS/VOLUME DAY)
Day 2: Shoulder + Arms (MASS/VOLUME DAY)
Day 3: Legs POWER (MASS/VOLUME DAY)
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: Back + Chest VOLUME (CONTRACTION/PROGRESSIVE TRAINING)
Day 6: Shoulder + Arms VOLUME (CONTRACTION/PROGRESSIVE TRAINING)
Day 7: Legs VOLUME (CONTRACTION/PROGRESSIVE TRAINING)

my aim is to get bigger and leaner than now as I am seeing myself a bit too small now :P but I wanna keep my improvements related to the body % so lets go with the enhanced recomp+leanMASS+GETTINGLEANERAS****!!!

I will start next week :)

EZ preacher curls superset with hammer curls 10-12 reps x 4 sets
Seated alternate curls x 4 x 10 reps 1-2 second squeeze at the top, 4 second negative

nice and focused :) also HIIT as usual and abs

hopefully today it'll be a power sesh!
 
Ok ok someone explain to me why I feel so weak, strength is going down, endurance is up lol I can do many more repa but with a lower weight, I did try to do less with bigger weight and no way, I felt weak, everything else is great, libido is up skyrocketing lol erase pro+ and abe are doing their job I have also noticed much more veins on shoulders lol, never had veins there :) but I feel like I need to raise up carbs and proteins keeping fats low for at least 2 weeks and then comin back to low carbs since its 12 weeks guys! Yes 12 weeks this journey started and I'm here :) leaner and fuller ha! Anyway yes I guess it's better playing with carbs :) and give some more fuel to my body, can't be so low with carbs for such long time :)
