Change od plans... I decided to do just abs and cardio, I'll do biceps with triceps tomorrow morning. I don't feel like recovered enough since yesterday so I'll take it easy with cardio, I won't have my intra wo meal and hopefully I'll feel more energetic tomorrow morning.

If the PES delivery arrive in time I'll start in 1 and a half week with EPRO+ so my stack will be

And then staples :) can't wait anyway I went up AGAIN of about 2kg each side on the preacher and added 5kg to all exercises with cables boom!

I can't do more than 5 minutes of cardio with headphones. I've also bought who knows how many cheap pairs because I forgot them at home over the years.

Ahahahhaah amd I was extremely convinced that I put them in the bag yesterday night but.... the all thing of the insider and new select flavour must have confused me a lot lol

I came early this morning and I smashed shoulders

Side lateral raises FST-7 7x 10-12reps 30 sec

Seated barbell press x 4 x 12 reps last set triple drop set
Side laterals super set steering wheels front raises x 4 15
Seated machine press superset with heavy side lateral partials 15-20 reps x 4 sets
Bent over raises 4 x 15 reps
Rope rows (keep elbows high rope towards the forehead) 3 x 15 superset Reverse pec deck x 4 15

I did seated machine press with 2kg more each side

Side laterals I added 5repa each

I'm doing HIIT now and feeling good.

Took my weight yesterday and as you can see I keep improving in body composition:

I had my blood work done too guys and after 2 months and 10 week my T increase and E went down and I didn't take anything special apart the supplements I'm logging here.

Before I started I had it done too and T was 11 and E was up to the roof (been playing with some gear last winter...) so I'm ****ing happy I have finally recovered, also diet and fats are on point and that helped a lot :)

Love you for including this, fantastic to see. Not something a company can ever safely share and make claims based on (not in a controlled study setting and just one person, unknown dietary changes, placebo, etc etc)

But for you the numbers moved just as shown in the individual ingredient studies (T up and E down) so this is great to see as at least one example of measured results.


I need to share the love before AM will let me rep you again but it is coming

weight is still going down tho :) and I am leaner than before, today is my 3rd week with the new ABE and so far I have noticed leaning out effect and I am defo more rock solid, this oculd be related to the forsk-95 effect, also, e9 is contributing, strength is going up but defo less than initially when I started taking abe, I am able to do more reps for sure, endurance is improving for sure, hunger is ok, nausea still there but ONLY if I take it at empty stomach, this happen really few times but it is manageable. can't wait to add the new epro+ next week and finish the amento, I will basically replace the amento with the epro+ ans see what happen then :)
 
Ok let me say something...

Today I went up AGAIN this is ridiculous and I'm not like going easy on weights, I'm doing every time my best and I keep going up!
Another thing is I'm full of veins on chest and arms, lot of muscles can be seen on the all chest and I never had something like that! Also I had some more carbs today and then my abe, then intra and I am definitely exploding guys! I'm rock solid all around I'm so happy, whatever it is is treating me well :)

feeling good after back sesh yesterday and preparing to face the iron tonight!

Seated leg extensions FST-7 7 x 10-12 reps 30 sec rest
Squat (barbell or machine) x 4x15 super set with isometric hold against the wall for 30 seconds
Leg Press feet wide (up sets) x 1 sets 10 reps increase weight by 1 plate each set until complete failure
Leg press feet together 4 x 20 last set 3 part drop sets
Leg Extension 10 reps toes pointing in, 10 reps toes pointing out, 10 reps normal stance super set with walking chain lunges x 4 both too failure (high reps) 20-30s
Leg press split stance one foot high one foot low 20 reps each legs 4 sets


Calfs:

Leg press calf raises 25
Seated callf raise 25 reps

(circuit so one after another, 2-3 sets)

I will try to go up again, last week I did 240kg leg press, i'll try to go up again even if I reckon it'll be difficult....
 
yo guys! so I didn't go up again but I did more reps with 240kg, and I felt stronger, also I am defo noticing my body fat is going down and I am more capable to eat more and get even leaner, I also feel more solid, more rock solid, due to ABE I guess and forsk.

ABE is treating me very well, I can't imagine what it'll be when next Sunday I will add EPRO+, I just have some doubts about how this will affect my blood work, I guess T will go up again due to the fact that E will be put down from EPRO+, this will be interesting to see, I just hope I won't have any rebound effects coming off it at the end of my 2 months.

till now I have to say that all products I am using here are GREAT and I am going to write reviews on e9 and amento.

I went up on everything really guys and veins everywhere ha! I feel more energy after taking abe in 30 mins I can feel it kicking in, I'm fuller and leaner and I feel more hungry again, weight is consistent and fat% is going down :) I'm so happy boom! Diet on point I am starting to desire a cheat meal but I will try to carry on without having it for now.

Erase pro+ is ready to start on this Sunday!ive never used a stack so powerful!!! E9+abe+amento and hv and from Sunday epro+ as replacement for amento I can't imagine what it'll do to me :) so excited

Strength is still on top
Endurance I've notice an increase
Hunger definitely MORE (if you cutting this will be an issue unless you stack abe new with shift or norco, shift suppressed my hunger more than norco tho but that's just me)
Pump is great but I assume that is coming more from HV
Veins are popping out now so I guess abe is contributing with that

So far so good this first month was an escalation of goodness hahahha and improvement and I can't stress enough repeating that I can't wait for the 4th week on and adding epro + = G A I N Z!!!!!

And so should I take it first thing in the morning empty stomach 2 caps or before bed 2 caps or divide the 2 caps?

Sorry for the confusion. I would take both first thing in the morning. The ingredients that were brought over from the former version have been spread out across the two capsules and then the rest are the newer additions :)

And this for 2 capsules instead of one so... This make me think that the main ingredient, abieta, is less in the new one...?

They used a stronger extract so you can't go by weight alone. Just based on mg, it looks like less, but you're getting a more concentrated product.

Ok sir, I'll start it tomorrow instead of Sunday :) what would you recommend i terms of timing? Upon wake up, then how long time before having breakfast? Also can this interact with lemon extract and aloe vera extract? In use to drink 200ml lemon extract and 50ml aloe for blood alkaline levels purposes :)
 
Honestly, with Erase I would just be consistent and take it at the same time each day. I prefer to take it right away in the morning before I get distracted with work and forget to do so. You can take it right before breakfast or even with it. It's a pretty versatile product.

Lemon extract and aloe vera should not have an effect, but you can always take them apart if it's a concern. How is everything else going?

It's all going good man, I feel energetic and the mirror is telling me every day that I'm leaning out but maintaining the mass so it's great! The new ABE is treating me well, good lean mass and veins and pump. Strength is really increasing fast and hunger is becoming a problem :( but I'll deal with it :) I'll be stronger, also I haven't had any cheat meal since 5th of October when I started this crusade to "have me back" :) I won't have any distractions on xmas day, I'll still be on diet :)
 
I'm feeling pretty jealous. I won't be starting both + products for a bit. I love hearing how well ABE+ is treating you.
