so the package from AthletixSport has arrived! I got confirmation from FedEx :) so as soon as I can I'll go to the reception and collect the drugs ahahahah

I am planning to start ABE Elite New Sexy formula on Sunday, this Sunday coming :)

now based on the previous ABE I use to take this 2x caps preWO and 2x caps postWO, keep in mind I usually have 1 and a half hour before my WO 125g of rice and 110g of chicken, then, after 1h I'll have my HV+e9+amento then gym. As IntraWO I'll have 80g glycoject+30g isolated protein (iso100) +5g gluta +5g bcaa, so probably it would be ok since I know ABE works better with carbs right? so I am thinking to continue to take ABE pre and post WO 2x+2x what do you guys think?

yesterday was a good day, I did my best with legs in the morning

Seated leg extensions FST-7 7 x 10-12 reps 30 sec rest
Squat (barbell or machine) x 4x15 super set with isometric hold against the wall for 30 seconds
Leg Press feet wide (up sets) x 1 sets 10 reps increase weight by 1 plate each set until complete failure
Leg press feet together 4 x 20 last set 3 part drop sets
Leg Extension 10 reps toes pointing in, 10 reps toes pointing out, 10 reps normal stance super set with walking chain lunges x 4 both too failure (high reps) 20-30s
Leg press split stance one foot high one foot low 20 reps each legs 4 sets

Calfs:

Leg press calf raises 25
Seated callf raise 25 reps

(circuit so one after another, 2-3 sets)

I did my ABS as well but NO cardio, legs day is the only day when I am not doing cardio even cause after the above sesh, if you can still walk, then it means that 1. you are superman OR 2. you didn't train properly :D

I went up AGAIN with weight! I can't believe that guys :) so happy

yesterday after doing the above leg sesh I went to give blood, I usually give blood every 4 months, so I had some more carbs yesterday to recover a bit since I was feeling empty and a lot tired in the afternoon, and even if I had more carbs, today I am still looking lean and even better!

its like 1 month and 1 week I am not having any cheat meal..... sometime I am freaking out lol, sometime it is fine :)

well, waiting for your suggestion RE ABE directions.

one more thing, what do you think about R-ALA? is it worth it? I use to take it in the past, it is a great antioxidant and it should help with the sugar levels in the blood stream but is it really worth the money?

You can do it that way if you wish, or with your largest meals. I have gotten used to the latter since ABE was reformulated the first time, but pre/post is still a good time, and with your peri-workout eating it will be good there.

I like R-ALA, I've even got some family members using that for general health. It's not of any aesthetic/performance benefit to you right now but if you want to dose it before breakfast (or whenever, distanced from your workout) for general health I support it

Unless you have an event to impress at lol you could start it at 4 weeks and look pretty impressive for the following 4 with that dryness/fullness/vascularity

I'm not pushing that one though lol this stack is already going to be fantastic man

3 months normal, (still not per label) dosing above label on Anabeta has always been determined to hit limiting returns.

so guys... quick update about yesterday I did chest

Cable cross overs FST-7 7 x 10-12 reps 30 sec
Incline Barbell Press x 4 x 10-12 reps last set triple drop set
Flat dumbbell bench super set flat flyes x 4 12-15 reps
Hammer smith incline press 10 reps x 4 sets 2 second contraction at the top 4 sets
Cable cross overs 15-20 reps superset with stretch press ups x 4 sets

I was able to lift 4kg more each side on all exercises or at least almost all lol, I got also some more rep! strength is going up again :D

today is bic day + abs + HIIT

Barbell curls FST-7 7x 10-12reps 30 sec
Seated incline curls x 4 20 reps last set drop set
EZ preacher curls superset with hammer curls 10-12 reps x 4 sets
Seated alternate curls x 4 x 10 reps 1-2 second squeeze at the top, 4 second negative

hopefully I'll be able to go up here too, I have some issue with my right forearm since I came back from Florida, and I am trying to recover, its going better since I am taking animal flex but nothing crazy :)

Grip is good bro, I just feel pain on the upper part of my firearm, it goes from the elbow (inside not outside) to my big finger especially if i rotate the arm from left to right so to the exterior

Not a doc but it sounds like inflammation, have you taken any anti inflammation meds to see if it helps?

Just to give you an update guys, I know it's not correct the % but I use it to monitor my fat if it's going up or down and well... Last week was same weight 6.7% you can see it above in one of these pages and now.... BOOM!

I won't enjoy xmas at all man, I never do, especially this year, I'm training and dieting hard trying to go back in shape, and I'm 400% fully focused, on xmas day I'll be as usual at my manager's house and he always prepare me a day of diet :) ha!

I had no doubts regarding your absolute dedication to the gym ha!

I started my abe elite new edition! Ha! And I'll be running it for 3 months, end of first month, I'll add some erase pro+ to the game and see...

E9 will follow me till the end but I'll stop amentomax when I'll start Epro+

Yesterday was great, obviously can't tell anything about abe since I just had my first 2 doses.

I'll be taking it 30 mins before my pre wo meal, which means 2h before I'll attack the iron and then at the end of my wo as post wo after been sipping my intra (30g Iso100, 80g glycoject, 5g gluta and 14g x-tend). Why? Cause these are the two largest meals I have interns of carbs intake and calories and they are prime and intra as well so it's a sweet spot for me :)

Today it's LEGS DAY!

Cardio still the same HIIT 5x week, no on legs day, still 1 rest day a week (Saturday shopping hahahahah!)

Strength seems to go up without limit, I added 2kg each part to all exercise boom!

Endurance and performances are improving, this is my 3rd day of abe, took it today with my pre wo and I'll take the second dose with am post wo.

Obviously i can't feel it yet but in the last period I noticed an increase in anger... I'm more inclined to "explode" for everything, also a lot of anger while I training and while I'm going training hahaha

So far so good

Body comp is still the same, no changes of course since yesterday :)
 
Good update broheim. Had me a mighty fine chest day yesterday. From my delts to my mid chest is nothing but beautiful pain. Time to down some extra Select!
