I woke up rested, my legs are really hurting but I am happy it means my WO was great :), I can't sit down lol, I had my alphamax and alphamine :D all good, kicked in and started the day :)

today its my Monday guys since I work Sunday to Wed, but I don't mind since this is the last week before I am going to Rome to pick my missus up and enjoy 2 weeks of gym+sea+sex ahahaha then off to Florida!!!!!!!

I will take pictures of today lunch too, I am wondering.... rice+tuna or rice+chicken?

what do you suggest?

I just finished my dinner, I have decided to have also some Quinoa and wholegrain basmati rice cause I was feeling a bit "empty" so I will also have an higher carbs intake tomorrow, nothing special, let's say 150g instead 100g :) dunno I'll go with the "feeling"

RE my weights, well I can't really say I smashed since I have done bench with bars instead of Dumbbells so can't compare but I can say that comparing with the last time unused the bar instead of Ds, well I have improved of at least 5kg each side, which in my case is not a little improvement even cause the bar is really hard for me, I have an artificial shoulder as you probably read somewhere here lol and therefore some moves are locked, the bar is really making my life harder and that is why I use to avoid it, today I was inter mood to try :)

So that's it!

Question, I guess I saw one of your post once talking about an online shop in Australia, could you share that info with me?
 
Well 5kg increase per side isn't a bad boost at all especially with getting back into using a bar over bells. Go ahead and indulge in that extra 50 carbs brother. It won't kill you and may just give you a strong boost in energy levels.

I'm not sure if you are directing the online shop question towards me but I don't recall mentioning anything about one.

today is back day, I will try to go over my limits again, I am trying to give all I can before going to Rome

HIIT as well today but just 5 minutes of burpees, so actually just a "taste" of HIIT but still effective for me.

I had my double portion of oats this morning and double portion of kamut cakes mid morning :) I will have almost double for lunch (basmati rice) and then stop, my carb load day is finished :)

yesterday was good, I had a great WO, I felt great probably because of the carb load day and I smashed my previous logs in terms of weight :D

today I am feeling a bit hungry and not really strong, lets see tonight at the gym :)

Yep, the airport isn't the greatest spot for a diet.The best I can typically do there is a grilled chicken sandwich and then dropping most of what they put on it. But if bulking, it's a much better experience lol.

all good here in Rome, resting day today and actually I am still working remotely for this week so my "real vacation" will start on this Thursday :) oh well, its ok :) I am stick to the diet, and today I am going to have a 500g steak of bull meat from south dakota!
 
ready for another international day for chest today, gym will be all mine since here on the 15th is "ferragosto" a silly holiday in Italy so all ppl is out partying eating and drinking so gyms usually close during the week before, anyway gym should be empty :) thats a good new, less useless ppl using benches ;)

had a whole cherry "crostata" yesterday the one made by my gf so today I will smash everything in the gym, I am still working tho so no so funny waking up at 7.30 :)

2nd day at 50 and all is good apart I am missing SHIFT since i was no hungry at all with that magic supp, anyway im leaning out even more, probably cause of the big carbs/sugar intake on sunday and then 2 days at 50.

yesterday I did chest and tri, I am going to train 3 or 4 times only this week since it is holiday saturday in italy so all gyms are closed or limiting their opening times. also, rest is a good thing :)

so today is rest indeed, feel great overall and pumped :D

I think I am going to give my final review to shift and alphamax next week and then I will see you guys next bulking log in September/October
 
Honestly I still have a month ish to go but I see results already :)

You could do mid review and final. It always is good for people contemplating 30 vs 60 day runs.

Alphamax really starts getting good around 3 weeks in. That has always been my sweet spot for strength and alpha male feeling.

Biceps today

Training was good, the temperature is too high tho so I'm struggling a bit, still need to get use to it.
Weight is still same, fluctuating +- 69
Strength seems to be the same but again the temp is draining me and now that I started carb cycling it's even harder on low carbs days
Tomorrow I'll have 200g day so can't wait to smash legs!
 
Hello from Rome! Busy weekend guys :) too much partying :) training still in the gym, all good, the heat is killing me but its ok, better than UK weather :)
Carb cycling finished just one week can't do it, it's too hard on 50g days especially with this temperature Somil back to 80/100g carbs per day.
 
yo, I am still here, I have just left the final review for Alphamax, I wanted to do the same for SHIFT but I couldn't since there is no section for SHIFT in the review forum, hopefully the Admin will do some magic.

I am still pretty much lean, I have not been logging often since I am kinda on vacation even if I am going to the gym every day, actually I am going twice :)

I am off to London tomorrow morning and then finally to Orlando on this Sunday, I will still be training there hopefully on the beach or fitness center anyway I have ordered my PES and Athletix Supplements :) can't wait to try new alpha mine flavors.

I won't start taking it tho, need some time to break, let's say 1,5-2 months, then I will start, maybe, a log on lean bulk slowly putting on some more muscles (hopefully)

So I guess this log can be ended here, I will still wait to leave my final review of SHIFT, in the meantime please check the Alphamax one I left 2 minutes ago if you are interested in my thoughts.

I would recommend everyone that wants to shred some fat SHIFT and Alphamax, it was a great run tho, I was able to have great results even with my low T and high E, which are fixed problems by now.

I have checked my blood again and I will receive response in 2 weeks but I feel good and great.

I was supposed to be "transferred" to Sydney cause of my promotion at work, instead I am coming to US, San Francisco, so on my way back to London from Orlando (vacation) I will have to organize everything and pack all my stuff to come to the US :) the problem is my fiancé, she will not have a VISA and we are not married... so she will need to find a job or study or tourist visa (only 6 months) and thing like that.... :( sorry about moaning...
 
That's tough. My good friend almost got deported back to Iran, because they thought she got married to stay in US.

She worked and paid taxes, so dumb. Hopefully you guys find a solution that works for you.

Thanks a lot mate, appreciate your comment :), I know it's not a professional log but I always try to be "real" and "honest" to provide as much info I can :) maybe I'm not doing it in the right way sometime but I always try :) also from mistakes I build my knowledge :)
