This is the end of my 4th week so based on the program I should start Alphamax this coming Monday but since I'm taking aromas as prescribed by endocrinologist, I'll wait, I'm supposed to have bloodwork in two weeks as requested by her and after that we'll see if continuing or tuning the dose or stop it there.
In that case I'll then wait 1 more week and then start Alphamax
I'm glad you're waiting and seeing how things work out first. I get excited to start new programs/supplements as well, but it's not that much time extra and it's better to be safe than sorry.

Use after the aromasin. You may even want to take a break depending on how long you're using it. You want to control estrogen, not absolutely kill it.
Ok, woke up and took my shift boom! Then I came to the gym fasted and I did 20 min total body and now I'm on the treadmill

scale this morning was HIGH to 71.6kg and 8.4%fat and that is obviously cause of the cheat meal yesterday so i guess is useless measurement, all water probably anyway i feel rested and great, no much "mirror sides effect" but I can see a bit of water, its ok, its ok, this is for the best laterand today I will have lot of energy I guess in the gym

Doing cardio now! Boom guys! Weight went down again!?!? WTF!? 68 today and 69.7 yesterday?
Also I guess aromasin is starting kicking in, my joints, especially arms, are almost ****ed, since yesterday but today they hurt a lot, not talkin about while training but since I woke up.
Diet is good, no hunger no cravings and weight is going fast down... Any idea? Could it be again water accumulated for Sunday cheat meal? I don't think so... But mirror saying "it's ok"
Could be a combination of things, but due in part to the cheat meal. I would keep an eye on it like last time and just make sure that it settles out in a few days.
