I woke up, had my shift and now I had my breakfast (after 2h), waiting bit before going to the gym, LEGS DAY!!! yeah!

today the mirror is confirming that the fillet steak of yesterday helped me a lot lol, i see myself better in the mirror.

All good guys training was ok but I made a mistake, I had 2 scoops of high volume with me and on legs day it's NOT gonna work lol my legs were exploding too much...

Weight is stable today, nothing to report except of course the hunger and craving suppression :) mirror keep telling me I'm ok.

This is the end of my 4th week so based on the program I should start Alphamax this coming Monday but since I'm taking aromas as prescribed by endocrinologist, I'll wait, I'm supposed to have bloodwork in two weeks as requested by her and after that we'll see if continuing or tuning the dose or stop it there.

In that case I'll then wait 1 more week and then start Alphamax

I'm glad you're waiting and seeing how things work out first. I get excited to start new programs/supplements as well, but it's not that much time extra and it's better to be safe than sorry.

Use after the aromasin. You may even want to take a break depending on how long you're using it. You want to control estrogen, not absolutely kill it.

Yep indeed! I'm at home now having my breakfast and I have opted for sweet potatoes 280g and 1 chicken breast :)
 
gotta be honest here.... I was not able to eat all of the pies, i had the little one and half of the two, no quite half even less but i feel like a fat pig now, I'm sweating like a fat guy after 4h of treadmill in a sauna hahaha

I WANNA GO GYM AGAIN!

scale this morning was HIGH to 71.6kg and 8.4%fat and that is obviously cause of the cheat meal yesterday so i guess is useless measurement, all water probably anyway i feel rested and great, no much "mirror sides effect" but I can see a bit of water, its ok, its ok, this is for the best later :) and today I will have lot of energy I guess in the gym :)

ha! I am trying to be positive even if its Monday but honestly for me it is like Tuesday since I work Sun to Wed so............ looking forward ALREADY to my weekend start --> Wed! :P

You damn right!!!!! I made a mistake, I had in mind the "real one" I got from the butcher last year F U L L of real meat and not watery and without actually even the flavour of meat :(

I'll try next week then depending on how I'll feel :) next time will be real food for sure.

It is already man, this morning 70.1kg and yesterday 71.7kg fat from 8.4% to 7.4% lol, so 1.6kg less in water in 1 day! BOOOOM! ha!

I woke up this morning happy and feeling great!

dopamax is doing miracles especially now that i started the new shift 7.30am to 5.30pm at work so I started waking up at 5.45am and I don't feel sleepy at all and I feel rested too!

I took my shift and I had my breakfast right now :)

breakfast as usual but this time I added 100g of blueberries :) and due to the "taste" that oats+snickerdoodle+blueberries have together I will add it every morning :) also this will be my fruit kinda of since I don't eat fruit :)

this morning mirror was happy and me too lol, more lean than yesterday and the scale was reporting again a drop of 400g so to recap

Last Saturday 68.8 8.4% fat
Monday 71.7 9.something can't remember
Tuesday 70.1 7.4% fat
Today 69.7 7.4% fat

yo so I guess all water due to the cheat meal high carbs (Sunday) is going away :) and the good mood is staying instead :) win win

Could be a combination of things, but due in part to the cheat meal. I would keep an eye on it like last time and just make sure that it settles out in a few days.

nothing to report but I wanted to say that my pasta was kinda of a carb loaded meal instead of a cheat one, i did it with 150g spaghetti alla chitarra, with 2 tspoon of oil chili and garlic :)

5 meat balls 5% fat/beef

ahah it was great tho!

shift this morning and I have fasted till lunch time and I did my cardio too :)
