I will mate, I am just leaving the office and go doing my legs sesh :) I was a bit disappointed and sad about my bloodwork but I feel great and in a great mood and confident, my life is made of trials and errors mate, and believe me I do a lot of errors, most of the time but what is important is never repeat them, learn from them, from your errors and grow, if there is something I never done is giving up on something and this won't be the time neither.

So... I'm loosing about 500g a day!?!? I know shift is great but...

Started my new diet last Monday and I guess it's working... Maybe too much...

I took my weight same time as yesterday, fasted upon wake up.

The mirrors is confirming this for sure.

It's hard to say just between two days. I would see how the numbers look tomorrow and the next day and then perhaps go from there.

Happy Sunday everyone, as usual im here with an update.

Sunday morning boom!
Wake up and SHIFT
weight was 300g more than yesterday so I assume it's just fluctuating, I'll check it tomorrow to confirm the above theory.

Feeling great, i went to the gym fasted, I'm still here, I did like 15 min total body just to feel "in move" after a Saturday spent on the couch hahahah yes? After the gym yesterday I went to do some food shopping and then rest all day on the couch :)

No hunger
And tbh the mirror is telling me that officially guys my body "shifted"!!!!! I I was no gonna have bloodwork last week, I was never gonna notice anything in terms of sides, even cause the water and fat are leaving definitely my body so I can confirm, at least based on what my body tells me, that shift for me kicked in "officially" end of 3rd week, can't wait to see what it's capable of going on lol!

When I say "officially" I mean that you clearly starting see evident results on the mirror, really evident.

Ok I'll finishe my cardio and I'll go home for my breakfast :)

Good deal bro. My Monday is over because I work the night shift and mine starts Sunday at 11pm. So I'm doing much better now. Lol

I was indeed, also based on the bloodwork, it could help i hope.

then yesterday based on the "Mirror" i was thinking not to do it... also based on the fact that aromasin is going to suppress my E already... what would you suggest?

I have it ready, I was suppose to start the alphamax next Monday tho
 
I think running alphamax and aromasin will overkill my E, and too low E levels are not good as too high aren't as well...

so the above is a consideration based on the chemical point of view

based on the mirror, ok shift is doing wonders but I still wanted to run it

initially I wanted to start earlier than next week, if you saw my all thread you can find the post where I was thinking to start earlier to raise T and lower E with alphamax but then endocrinologist came and suggested aromasin so... I started today aromasin.

I could run aromasin and then start alphamax when I will stop aromasin, this is going out of my knowledge and I appreciate if anybody here could help

anyway, just had my PRE WO, no hunger as usual, ready to attach the iron :)

Update post workout

It was great I went up to with weights, 2kg more on everything :) I felt great!
 
took my shift upon wake up and today I am down 300g... it happened again :)

I am going to have my breakfast in about 20 minutes and the hunger is defo not here :)

yesterday I felt great while training, lot of energy and strength, I am even more vascular also but that is probably coming from High Volume too and my chest is also leaner than before :)

happy, this is my 4th week tho :) and again shift kicked in end of 3rd week, the mirror is saying that :)

I am starting to feel a bit weak.... yes weak... not in the gym, in the gym i got all the strength i want and even more! but outside... i feel weak.... dunno.... usually when I eat i feel better so I am starting to wonder if this is the diet.... which is not feeding me enough... or not, even cause with SHIFT i don't feel hungry so maybe even if not hunger feeling is "touching me" the effects of being hungry are there... dunno...
 
I would stick with what your physician has prescribed you and hold off on the Alphamax. Stick with her plan and you can always take the Alphamax later. If you're really set on using it, just discuss it with her and see what she recommends.

Yesterday night I was feeling a bit down and I had like 100g honey and 80g oats plus 60g proteins!!! Ha! Just a "refeed" kinda of... Feeling better now :)

last time I had a cheat meal was 3 weeks ago this Sunday so maybe I am going to have one...

Nice! I found out I'm working all weekend. Mom was throwing me a bday party Saturday looks like no go now. :/
 
One question guys, I know that it's better wait for 2h after taking shift cause we want to keep the insulin low, I mean am I correct? Can I wait less then 2h?
I know sounds silly but since I started this new shift today I am going to wait 2h after my shift dose then eat then wait at least 1h before hitting the gym and this is like a bit boring, I mean I'm at home doing nothing lol, at the same time I don't wonna go to he gym doing weights fasted, it's ok for cardio but not for weights, at least this is what my body tells me.
So that's why I'm asking.

Yesterday I went to my endocrinologist for a check, she said all good, she checked my diet and suggested more fats, I went up with fats as she said and as you suggested guys.
I'm taking aromasin as prescribed by her and I'm sleeping like 8h per night. Trying to do everything right, my calories went up to 2400 because of the added fats and so I'm only 400ish cal less than my maintenance, also decreased cardio and still making progresses in terms of cutting, this is probably due to shift.
Checking my joints too to avoid having my E too low, she prescribed 12.5mg EOD but I'm paying attention on sides to tune my dose.
On top of this, I'll have my cheat meal this Sunday.

Only "issue" is

Cheesecake or burger and onion rings? ;)

All good and felt strong, again I went up with weights and I'm feeling great today, I had my post wo isoflex+aminoIV and in about 1h I'll have my lunch

Scale today was saying -500g comparing to yesterday but again I think just fluctuations ;)

The Solution has become my focal point if I'm looking for some greaaaaat food inspiration :)

Btw I just had my afternoon meal and instead of eating

2x scoops glycoject
1x scoop pes select

I had

1 big chicken breast freshly cooked
1 fresh baked malted wheat roll from the bakery

Boooom!

I missed some macros, there were 30g carbs less and almost 100-110 kcal less but I really enjoyed the "real food" and my body did it too :)

Yes Sir, it did, the. I went up a bit the day after I had the pre sleep "special" and today it's down comparing to yesterday of 500g again so in now at 68.5
