I finished a td 4-andro and epi cycle today with some extra epi I had in another bottle.
Will be starting the epicatechin tomorrow.

I'm going to use 2 pumps the first 5 days and then change to 3. I want to make this last 5 weeks. Really excited to see if this will slow my deload and maybe even let me reload a bit.

Aside from the epicatechin I will only be taking my trt which is quite low dosed at 100 mgs per week. Well, I'm also taking 2 caps of Rebirth. The reason I do a pct thing with the trt is I had opiad from being on opioids so long after the wreck. I still take low dose kratom postworkout.

I started the Epicatechin at 2 pumps yesterday and did the same this morning.
They recommend splitting it onto two doses but I'm so used to one dosing the prohormones I went with that.

I already slightly deloaded on the plate loaded Cybex bench. Didn't get the heavy one rep on this last cycle anyway.
It's going to be interesting to see if I can reload a bit as I go.

May have to deload a bit more as I go until the epicatechin kicks in we'll see.

I used to build to 5 X 5 with 225 on the flat and I could get 3 plates for 1. The last time I did that at my gym it was the national record for a 64 yr old in the 181 lb division.
I tore my pec after that. I'm 65 now and will be trying to do it again eventually.

Here's my training for today:
Flat pause bench:
135 X5
135 X5
135 X5
Cybex plate loaded bench:
205 X5
205 X5
205 X5
205 X5
205 X4,1 made it up lol
Cybex flies:
95 X10
95 X10
Cybex tricep press
100 X10
110 X8
120 X6
Cybex tricep extensions
75 X10
75 X10
Rope pushdowns:
65 X10
65 X10
65 X10
Torso rotation:
70 X20,20 R&L
70 X20,20

I never go heavy anymore on flat bench for that reason. I know a lot of people who have got injured on flat barbell bench. Risk vs reward isn't worth it in my opinion.

Yeah, I don't know if setting records and getting medals is even worth it. Getting big lifts on the plate loaded machine is way safer and still rewarding.
The silver sneakers thing is really cool. I have 4 gym memberships and access to tons of cool resistance machines. I keep working the POF angles new ways and still have all the lines just can't lift quite as heavy or get as big.

I did a day of 10 X 10 squats toward the end of my last cycle. Did the same workout today except I split the last 10 rep set into 2 sets of 5.

Next week I'll do my new leg day that I do at Snap fitness. I'm half tempted to just keep this at 2 pumps. That way I could go straight into this IML 4-andro and 1-andro cycle I've got waiting.

10 X 10 feet forward squats:
135 X10
145 X10
155 X10
165 X10
175 X10
185 X10
195 X10
205 X10
215 X10
225 X5,5 Could have done the 10 but did it this way cuz the hips were hurting a bit.

I recently caught up on your log. You're in remission now correct? When you do start hitting it take it slow. Take it from a guy who was broken all to pieces and in a coma for months. Be careful and you'll be right back at it.

I am in remission but I am still getting Chemotherapy 5 days a week , my blood platelets are to low to allow me to workout. I am scheduled for a Stem Cell transplant in July. For the transplant I will be in the hospital for 28 days and than in Home Isolation for 100days so I figure I will not be back to any lifting till about 2024

I am trying to watch my diet and get a walk in most days. I will be back and I will be better than ever !!

Got my hour in on the recombinant bike yesterday. We have a bike and treadmill on our sun porch. It's pretty cool sometimes I see deer and other animals while doing cardio. Also did my 20 minutes in the tanning bed today lol.

Think I'm going to stick with 2 pumps thru next week and see how the deload goes.
The Rebirth should help with retaining strength also. The compounded ellagic acid does absorb well. Besides being a serm ellagic acid also helps insulin sensitivity. Reminds of the way ursolic acid works.

Long walks are my favorite cardio. If I walk up here it's a bit intense. (Live on a hill) We have this cool walking park with a big loop right on the river. I love walking there.

Hell yeah! My parents used to live in a fancy neighborhood that had its own “beach”. It was a small reservoir with an artificial beach on one side. There’s some docks on one side too, a club house, a little tiny island in the middle. Kinda neat. There’s a walking path that loops around the whole thing. Pretty much every time we visited, we would take the dog for a walk around there. I kinda miss that.

Especially now that I just walk for an hour and don't do that speed walking point system stuff. We have a sidewalk that goes for miles. The cool thing is that it isn't on the Blvd. It's on the river bank and fairly close to the water.

Yeah it's a nice workout. The only problem was it being international chest day at the gym. Think I'm going to do leg day on Mondays starting next week and chest & tris on Wed.

I did the hour on the recombinant bike today. Tuesday will probably be the day for that from now on because I'm doing legs on Monday starting next week.
I'll still have to do it again on Thursday this week cuz I'm doing leg day tomorrow.

Got my leg day in for this week. Will be doing the 10 X 10 feet forward squats Monday. I did 5 X 5 on this cool leg press at Snap. You sorta lift your body along with the stack plates kinda mimics a squat. The whole stack is 400 lbs. I have done the whole stack for 5 X 5 before. That Recomp20 has me thinking about going longer before doing a prohormone cycle.

Snap fitness leg day:
Matrix leg press:
230 X10
320*X5
320 X5
320 X5
320 X5
320 X5
Leg ext:
130 X10
130 X10
130 X10
Prone leg curls:
75* X10
75 X10
75 X 10
Hip abduction:
75*X10
75 X10
75 X10
Hip adduction:
75*X10
75 X10
75 X10
Seated calf raises:
In 105 X25 G25
Out 105 X25
Mid 105 X25

My daughter was the one who spotted that deer first. There were three squirrels out there the other day. Two were eating seed on the ground and one was hanging upside down on feeder eating right out of it.
