X-Gels

first time i took 9 softgels of the bat... pumps were amazing. also skin was kind of red veins were a bit to much lol

i like doing just 6 pwo, with either Peak Beta+ or Komodo Katana (Gms). haven't experimented with micro gms with it. if you have myosynergy pumps alongside that are on another level, going to try myo + katana + xgels, soon. i would say there like nitrate pumps, but give you this fuller rounder look. also went great with Splyce intra (the betaine TMG) adding to the pump and fullness
 
I haven't experienced that yet. I drink two glass of milk in the morning when I take the Ara Could this impact absorption.

Itl redirect it away from muscle tissue
 
I'm an x-gel skeptic myself. Any ARA supp. But definitely not a hater on it, I'm just not seeing this produce the results people are saying. I think I'm gunna give it a try next time they are on sale and test then out for myself !

I'm with you there. I'm a skeptic on all natural supplements except for protein, bcaa, caffeine, etc. the only thing that's ever worked for me has been PH and the above mentioned. But I'm going into this with an open mind running at 2g two months with the recommended support for it.

PHs work amazingly for me (the limited I've done) but I'm kicking near 30 still have good amount of hair want to stay natural (easier said than done!)

I hope this goes well. Want to maintain muscle/harden while I diet down get leaner/vascular.

For sure keeping an open mind is always good. I don't doubt the functions of the supps it the effectiveness I get iffy with, and yeah see how it goes good luck!
 
So I recently got my bottle and I was thinking of only taking it on my workouts days. In puts, thoughts? Do you really think it makes a big difference taking it both on off and workout days? (and please be honest).

That's actually the way we recommend dosing it! Unless you have a lot of off days then just use it PWO :)

Pre workout only. Makes the bottle last longer and far more effective
 
If your cycle is 10 weeks (200 caps, only training days), do you cycle off for the same period, 10 weeks?
 
I don't know why I can not multi-quote or space, or bold, or anything on AM when I'm on chrome. But anyways, thank you guys, will start with 4 caps and see how this goes :) I've been doing cardio 2x a day for 7 days a week but workout 4 days a week. I always use to do 5-6 days a week but this time around I've lost more fat and have gained way more size just by doing 4x a week. Rotating body parts and hitting a group each week twice.

Definitely stick with the 4x week pre-wo dose then.
 
Can you stack this with follidrone? or are the anti/pro immflamatories going to cause problems for each other? best to cycle stand alone?

I personally don't see why it would cause a problem. In fact I think it should help with the gains and results but that's just me. I could be wrong...
 
another extreme:working out only twice a week on a 2-split but very intense sessions.that would mean only 8-12 caps per week.is this still effective than?

I dosed it at 6 caps 4 days a week when I was working out only twice a week. Twice preworkout and twice first thing in the morning. Worked pretty well during this cut.
 
So far I'm getting a snake oil effect from it after 2 weeks at 8 pills am. Hopefully it pulls through.
Snake oil as in nothing, or placebo?Noticed any increased DOMS? Stength increase?
 
Yup. Nothing. I'm going 50 days at 8 caps. No extra DOMS strength has stayed the same albeit 2 weeks in.
Personally, I've noticed the DOMS within 2 weeks. But I've seen other users reported noticing the most effects after 2 weeks and on.
 
I ran X-Gels at 2 grams 5 times a week and hardly had any DOMS. As I stated though, around the end of week 3 is when I really started noticing the ArA kicking in.
 
Ive noticed with certain training programs, if youve been doing them for a while you may not notice doms at all. at least for me, the funny thing was, when I was on a squat 4x week program, by my 5th week I experienced hardly any doms (was not on ARA) not defending either the supplement or the non responder, im just saying, give it a chance, expect realistic results, and at least believe it may do something for you!

I get DOMs in my glutes after leg days. I have two per week and its now become a mission to take my shoes on and off haha
 
I thought I was immune to the DOMS since I have run ArA so many times but sure enough, DOMS started to kick in hard week 3.

On this run, I'm dosing daily while working out only twice a week. Not sure if I can tell the difference yet...

Here, let me simplify it for you. its easy. dont read too far into it.

1 gram (4 X-Gels) 30 min pre workout.
1.5-3 scoops Glycergrow 30min pre workout
2g LCLT or ALCAR (a carnitine product) 30min pre workout

Its advised not to take any NSAID's (tylenol aspirin etc) within a couple hours of taking x-gels.

thats all you need to know.

thats all ive done and so far ive hit 6 PR's going into my 11th of 12 week run

no problem. the reason there is so much confusion is generally because users have ran it at the basic dose before, liked what they got, and like all of us, got greedy and think "hmm if I can up the dose, add this, take away that, watch out for this, and run this, will i get better results?" thats what makes supplementation so great at times. you can alter just about anything and most of the time get a different result. Run it the "basic" way at first and see how it works for you, im sure it will work great and you'll achieve some realistic gains. Once youve done it then plan your next natty cycle. Any questions and you could PM any one of the SNS guys, and theyd be sure to help. Really a stand up company.
