You should at least be seeing increased pumps from the first few doses. Odd.
I haven't experienced that yet. I drink two glass of milk in the morning when I take the Ara Could this impact absorption.

I'm an x-gel skeptic myself. Any ARA supp. But definitely not a hater on it, I'm just not seeing this produce the results people are saying. I think I'm gunna give it a try next time they are on sale and test then out for myself !
I'm with you there. I'm a skeptic on all natural supplements except for protein, bcaa, caffeine, etc. the only thing that's ever worked for me has been PH and the above mentioned. But I'm going into this with an open mind running at 2g two months with the recommended support for it.
PHs work amazingly for me (the limited I've done) but I'm kicking near 30 still have good amount of hair want to stay natural (easier said than done!)
I hope this goes well. Want to maintain muscle/harden while I diet down get leaner/vascular.

So I recently got my bottle and I was thinking of only taking it on my workouts days. In puts, thoughts? Do you really think it makes a big difference taking it both on off and workout days? (and please be honest).

Definitely stick with the 4x week pre-wo dose then.I don't know why I can not multi-quote or space, or bold, or anything on AM when I'm on chrome. But anyways, thank you guys, will start with 4 caps and see how this goesI've been doing cardio 2x a day for 7 days a week but workout 4 days a week. I always use to do 5-6 days a week but this time around I've lost more fat and have gained way more size just by doing 4x a week. Rotating body parts and hitting a group each week twice.
Can you stack this with follidrone? or are the anti/pro immflamatories going to cause problems for each other? best to cycle stand alone?

Yup. Nothing. I'm going 50 days at 8 caps. No extra DOMS strength has stayed the same albeit 2 weeks in.

Ive noticed with certain training programs, if youve been doing them for a while you may not notice doms at all. at least for me, the funny thing was, when I was on a squat 4x week program, by my 5th week I experienced hardly any doms (was not on ARA) not defending either the supplement or the non responder, im just saying, give it a chance, expect realistic results, and at least believe it may do something for you!

I dosed it at 6 caps 4 days a week when I was working out only twice a week. Twice preworkout and twice first thing in the morning. Worked pretty well during this cut.

my man!!!! if i could rep on this app i most def would. a big ty!!!Here, let me simplify it for you. its easy. dont read too far into it. 1 gram (4 X-Gels) 30 min pre workout. 1.5-3 scoops Glycergrow 30min pre workout 2g LCLT or ALCAR (a carnitine product) 30min pre workout Its advised not to take any NSAID's (tylenol aspirin etc) within a couple hours of taking x-gels. thats all you need to know. thats all ive done and so far ive hit 6 PR's going into my 11th of 12 week run

no problem. the reason there is so much confusion is generally because users have ran it at the basic dose before, liked what they got, and like all of us, got greedy and think "hmm if I can up the dose, add this, take away that, watch out for this, and run this, will i get better results?" thats what makes supplementation so great at times. you can alter just about anything and most of the time get a different result. Run it the "basic" way at first and see how it works for you, im sure it will work great and you'll achieve some realistic gains. Once youve done it then plan your next natty cycle. Any questions and you could PM any one of the SNS guys, and theyd be sure to help. Really a stand up company.
