I'm 29 years old and I have been bulking for few months. I'm currently at 200 lbs and I have no clue what my body fat percentage is but I'm guessing in the 20s since I have somewhat a gut. Am trying to get 6 pack by summer and I know I need to shred the fat and possibly go down to 175 to 180 lbs within 2 months. Would combining fat loss supplements such as Fenphedra and 7 day Detox along with gaspari novedex xt (test booster) with 4 day cardio (20 min) and cleaner diet do the trick? Of course my calories will probably go down 200 per week. Right now I'm eating about 3000 cal per day while on bulking phase. Any opinions appreciated.

up the cardio a bit, by like 10 to 20 minutes and see where your at in 2 weeks. i really don't know what to tell you about the supps. i take green tea and cafeine to lose a little fat, but cardio and diet is always first.
 
HIIT on an elliptical or bike, circuit training focusing on speed and compound lifts, and swimming. 20 pounds in 2 months is an extreme goal, but doable if your focus is on. try doing the HIIT and circuit training fasted upon waking, and limit your fast digesting carbs for best results.

fasted training, HIIT, and circuit training are all GH boosting workouts, your bodies best fat burner. as soon as you take in simple sugars (white bread, white rice, potatoes, etc) your bodies GH levels will return to normal.

again, fasted training upon waking, then another set before bed, and you should see major changes.

Swimming definately is great. I have a few divers in my family, they are in incredible shape. Diet is absolutely everything when cutting, especially in that time frame. Intensity and focus are paramount. I do 40 min cardio 3-5 days a week when cutting, supplemented with compond lifts, and a recovery day consisting of all body weight exersises.Works for me. For supps on a cut, all i use is protein and a no product.
 
DIET (low cals, low carbs, high protein), eca, fasted cardio ed, 6 pack by summer is a very lofty goal (6 pack happens at about 8%bf) good luck but you will proboly lose some muscle trying to drop that much that fast.
