Im coming off a cycle. wondering how to adjust workout to keep intense and not lose to much. coming off test e and decca stack. great gains and want to keep as much as i can. thanks in advance!!! i want to add my elbows and shoulders are killing me!!!
 
Keep up the intensity as best as possible. Have a good PCT ALREADY set up. Don't slack on the calories too much. If u are not already taking creatine add it.

i've got a couple of more weeks to my first cycle (sus250). the only thing i am going to change is adding creatine, going to a four day split instead of 6 days a week (don't really see much choice there). i'm going to keep my cals high for another month after PCT just so i can try and give my body a chance to get used to the weight. i have had the habit in the past of cutting too soon after acycle and losing weight. yea i'll be a bit fat but winters coming so WTF?
 
Dont change anything if you want the same intensity etc while you've been having just keep same routine as you've been doing
 
yeah lennoxchi - thats what i'm saying. starting a sust 250 in sept or october probably, got it all set up just waiting for the right time. figure sept, oct, nov, dec on - jan, feb, mar, apr, may PCT - june maintenance - then cut.
 
lower the volume as to not overtrain now that youre not on cycle but keep the cals and workout in a bulk workout type to hold onto gains.

You had shoulder pain even while on deca??? OUCH
