Working out like a MANIAC! A.I. Sports "Maniac" Log by cousineerie.

I feel you bigtime, I love cardio and the way it airs me out, however I only have a certain amount of time and would rather lift. That said when I am really want to lean out after nutrition has stalled ill add in cardio first thing in the morning and separate weights about 6-8 later and that just about alwaYS WORKS ON MY JOURNEY TOWARD SINGLE DIGIT BODYFAT LEVELS

It would require a pre-workout supplement that has not been invented yet for me to get to the gym twice in one day. I was talking to one of the trainers at my gym and he was suggesting the same thing for me if I wanted to really gain some size and lower my bf at the same time.

theif because of the bolded part, but I'll only let u get away with it!

I like the new AVI, Aaron! I'll bet those 2 keep you busy.

I haven't been online much due to some problems with my landlord. I am going to be moving, hopefully in the first week of January so I am kind of busy and since the same jerkoff cancelled the wifi he was supplying in the building, I have to use the library for internet purposes at the moment. I worked out today for the first time since last Wednesday.

California, here I come! :cool2::cool3:

After only being at the gym 2 times in the last 2 weeks I was a little perplexed as to what I should do when I arrived there today. I decided that a full-body workout was the only option that made sense under my current circumstances. I didn't go too heavy, nor did I do as many sets as I normally do, but I made sure to workout as many body parts as I could in the time I was there.

Energy was definitely not a problem, in fact I shouldn't have put the extra 1/2 serving in my BCAA drink because it was sort of making me nauseous (word to the wise: Don't take more than 2 servings if your only working out once per week -- stim overload!). :006:

My strength was okay, considering the amount of workouts I have missed lately and, of course, the pumps were superb!

cousneerie says: I came for the stims and stayed for the pumps and vascularity! :djparty:

Great workouts your putting in the work and it shows.

two scoops maniac! and why 600mgs Ibuprofen, doesnt that mess with your stomach lining?

I'm just a fan of the ones in the avi.
I brought my x girl a small little guy.... We broke up haven't seen him in a bit.

Keep banging out this awesome log...
I'm hit ya with some points :D

Did you take the holiday week off? I know it's a busy week for everybody. My gym had been DEAD and I'm loving it, lol. I'm not looking forward to the next few weeks or even months, though. Darn New Year's Resolution people

I just joined a new gym so I'm interested in seeing how this one is compared to my old one.

What's the name of it & y did u switch

That sounds expensive lol how much do you pay for each gym?

good question

15 per month at once because I am a personal trainer at this gym and get a discount

2 $ per day at the other

and 15 $ a month at the other because they are nice enough to hook me up with that price =)

Ive got it pretty good in the gym/price/equipment thing right now

In addition i have free weights at my parents across town, if I could not get a workout in for any reason; although one of the gyms is a 24/7 so that is okay. One day if I want some sun i may go over parents and workout in the fun

When I get a house, I'm going to get a gym in my basement.
$2 a day isn't bad buy at 5x a week x4 weeks that's $40.
The $15 can't be beat.
I pay a bit less than $30 a month now for my 24 hour gym and I usually go around 11-1 late night early AM.

Hey fellas! I apologize for going M.I.A. on you and on the log. I hurt my collarbone back in December doing Guillotine Presses and it got to the point where I was barely able to workout without some serious pain in my upper chest, neck and left shoulder areas. To add to my troubles I moved out to California, from Illinois, the first week of January this year due to a lack of work in the construction industry in Chicago. I am living with an old buddy of mine right now and plan on moving back to Illinois in late June or early July.

I wanted to say that I loved logging Maniac. I not only got some great energy to get me through my long workouts but it also gave me some of the best pumps I have gotten from any pre-workout supplement I have used in the past 18 months. I highly recommend this to anyone who works out -- and especially to those, like me, who love the feel and look of a good pump.

I tout Maniac to my workout friends and to people at the gym who use pre-workout supplements... SRS! Anyone who hasn't tried Maniac is missing out on one of the better P.W.O.'s on the market.

Thanks again for allowing me to log Maniac. :notworthy:

P.S. I also rated this in the store.
