Not sure what the delay is...it should have been released early this last week. I will cdall first thing Monday morning and find out what the holdup is.

just ordered ap, was wondering about what carbs to use. you guys are bloody genius's. so who do i give the props to, this sound great!!!!!!!!!!!

Threads get hijacked on here too much.

Do some searching bigt. You'll even find a food list if you look hard enough.

But I recommend 50g of marshmellows, 25g of sweet tea, 25g of sour patch kids, and a big piece of cake.
 
look guy i was trying to give you props for something good. if you actually read my post you will find that wms is the carb that i was talking about. try 2 diazapam and a 6 pack of cold ones, it might help take the edge off. good luck...
 
R3d, maybe you should read and reread a post/thread before jumping all over someone who was trying to give you a compliment for helping them decide on a carb source. That was in no way, shape or form, a hijacked thread.
 
Since I have to spell it out for you...

This thread DOES deal with a carb source and the AP is just an explanation to the point that he was looking for carbs to take with this product.

So that is all. Unless you care to still argue the point?
