Witch’s Log

Ya it was dosed nicely. I didn’t even need over 300-350 week and I had to kick my Letro up a lot too. Put my free test at over 1100.

Yeah I took 250x2 the first week and 250 the second week and was just floored by how strong it was. But by then I had two infections.

This new stuff, I took 300 last Sunday, 300 last Monday, and 300 Friday morning. So far I feel less “on” than I have in the past month. Took 0.25mg Adex for the first time since trying this new stuff to gauge my estrogen levels and I spent yesterday totally crashed. It sucked ass. Even feels like the m1A is losing potency or something.

No idea what’s up with that.
 
I think I’m going to up the test to 600mg a week. Like, now.

Anyone reading is probably like what the hell...

The old stuff was good, because it was really potent, way over the labeled concentration, but it was also not very well made IMO. Too easily contaminated.

The new stuff is really well made, and it’s fully dosed per the label. So it’s good. Perfect, really.
 
What do you recommend? I'm currently pinning post workout then consuming the majority of my carbs in my two postworkout meals about 3 hours apart.


Well... I’d be pinning hexarelin preworkout, IGF post workout, and depending on the cjc you’re using if no dac pin with hex, if dac then pin once e6d.

As far as carbs you’ll have to gauge when in the training you can add carbs or not, based on pumps. Hexarelin and no carbs should give gnarly pumps, if adding carbs 50% through training takes the pumps away instead of making them so much more intense, then don’t do it.

With mk 677 avoid carbs like the plague 2-4 hrs before bed.

If the IGF is DES then pin post training and eat most of your carbs in its first half life.

If the IGF is LR3 then pin post training and consume carbs moderately throughout the rest of the day.

I have bad shoulders and a previously broken neck, so some things are just off the table for good.

I probably won’t be benching three plates ever again, and I can’t squat.

I did squat 335 last October (I think it was) just to prove to myself that I still have what it takes, though.

Thanks I will try that out. I've definitely noticed that I shouldn't have carbs before bed with MK. I usually don't, but did last night and woke up exhausted and bloated. Blood sugar was only 91 this morning though, not terrible.

Was just curious. I can't lift heavy weights but I make the exercises work. Im 100% honest with my posts.

Well let’s see, tonight when I go to hit chest I will start off using 50lb dumbbells for 8-12 reps depending on gas, then move up to 55 and do same, then another set at 55.

Then I’ll go to the flat bench and put a 45lb plate on each side of the Olympic barbell and do 6good reps if I can. Add 5lbs a side and repeat. Add 5lbs a side and repeat.

So that’s about what I’m at. I’m hoping I’ll be surprised to find it to be a little too easy this time.
 
To be honest, the “growth drugs” as they used to be called in the books I read growing up, and pushing the heaviest weights I can manage, have always been my two favorite parts of bodybuilding.

Eating all the time, starving myself, taking diuretics... that’s the part I can do without.
 
My legs are naturally bestial though. Just gigantic legs. I don’t need to train legs much, if anything I just need to cut bf% and there’s great legs under there already as is.

Well, a smart guy would’ve been taking less than the recommended dosage while on cycle and then when you go to pct you raise the dose up to the bottle dosage, then drop it down each week.

Example: bottle is 120ct 25mg caps

Cycle, taking 25mg eod or E3D, then to pct 100ED til your estrogen crashes, then 50/25/25eod/25e3d or similar.

I'm the opposite. Watched pumping iron at around the age of thirteen. Got a set of 10kg dumbells for Christmas and did nothing but dumbell flies for like 6 months, was doing sets of like 150 by the time I realised I could do so much more, was doing bicep curls too.

Legs are lame as hell. Calves are decent but that's just genetics. Never squatted over 70kg in my life.

I'm a big fan of getting the most out of the least. If I can pre exhaust and do some solid sets with a drop set to failure and get results I don't care how much I lift. But then I work out at home so I don't have to worry about a woman going after me, shaking her head and adding extra weight to the bar.

Hell, I’ve already gained somewhere between 11 and 14 lbs.

Two weeks exactly. I’m eating what should be maintenance. Hell, I’ve even hit deficits for absolutely sure. Had a few messed up days for eating there. Mostly the past few.
 
Hypersensitivity. I cycled off everything from October to January, and man those first few months when I started back up were awesome. Gains everywhere.

Yeah I’m about to step up the training intensity another notch.
 
I’m pretty much at the height of this stage of the cycle as far as what I can reap in the gym, so I need to make the most of it.
 
And yeah, as I’ve said before, m1A and M1T, not leaning in the least. They make you gain muscle, you won’t lose fat on them, so carb timing is important. Can’t just pound em down all day.

I take fast carbs only, mostly dextrose, from Gatorade. About 300g a day. The rest of my diet is meat. Half a pizza twice a week, McDonald’s twice a week, One small lettuce and spinach salad once per day.

Seems to work pretty well for gaining weight. A pound a day I guess...
 
I work at a restaurant so six days a week I get in 3 chicken breasts and five legs fried and skinless with a few tablespoons of barbecue sauce on it as a meal.
 
Interesting on the fast carbs bit. I also work in the restaurant biz. What do you do?

I’m the closing fried chicken cook at a buffet that serves pizza and chicken.

Beats the hell out of running a Taco Bell.

Yeah try running one... it’s fighting a losing battle, half the crew never shows up, the customers are unreasonable, and you have to fix everything about it. Somehow you alone must make this store appear professional.

Yeah i run a private club so i know what you mean. Big time.
 
Yeah I quit that one to run my own business... into the ground, I guess, then I worked as a tire tech for awhile...

I still need to try to breathe new life into that business, a lot of unhappy customers to satisfy still.
 
Back to the subject of diet, carbs and I have a bad relationship. Any carbs and I stay fat, unless drugs are very on point.

So, attempting a recomp or bulking up, I just have to accept it. And so I cycle carbs through the day, majority of them pre and post training, with just enough fast carbs throughout the rest of the day to function, and then three days a week the total carb consumption is lowered. The non-pizza, non-McDonald’s days.

Otherwise, I take at least 30g of protein every three hours in some form. If I’m out of whey isolate I will just eat a can of smoked herring, a few eggs, a glass of milk, or I will steal several chicken legs.
 
If I was cutting I’d be on basically a strict steak and salad diet. Eggs for breakfast, steak and salad for lunch, steak and salad for dinner, two 50g protein shakes with water in between.

I could eat 10 cups of oats a day and it wouldn’t even get me regular.
No BS, there’s been a few times in the last 12 months where I’ve looked down, and said No Way, there’s nothing in this world that will get that poop down that drain. So I wrap it in toilet paper and put it in the trash.

Jesus. At this point, i cant even do 2C every day. Gotta take a break for a day here and there. Starfish is raw after a few days straight.
 
Oats will make me regular pretty quickly but Metamucil is better. Or just salads.
 
Sometimes I’ll grind up some oats in the coffee grinder and put about a cup of the resulting flour into my protein shake.
