Winter is coming bulking cycle

Ive reached the stage where all my body wants to do is sleep. So ik from past experience for me personally this is where the gainz come so im sleeping literally as much as i can and downing as much protein as i possibly can. If i wake up to pee or to bang in the middle of the night or a 5hr nap then i have my hbcd (high branched cyclic dextrin) carb powder and my isolate right there on my night stand with my water jug and cups. A scoop of carb powder for 30g carbs and then two scoops isolate for 45g protein or sometimes if ive had a few shakes that day i do one scoop, slam and sleep. As a supplement this works great for me, but i only do that when i cant cram another meal down or if its just a midnight pee trip and i only have a minute or two. Weight is holding at 177-179 so ik ive made good progress so far in this cycle.

I did shoulders and a smidge of bi/tri stuff and on shoulder presses i was doing 80lb db's on my 5th and final set for 7 reps. My reps i do i go about an inch past parallel and then go about an inch before lockout to keep the load on my delts the whole time. Ive never thrown around 80's before and i felt amazing doing clean reps like that. Im all primed up for some growth here boys.
 
Picked up my 8mm from the gunsmith today, ordered a nikon prostaff 7 scope and have some handloads being worked up. This deer meat is such a good change up for the tastebuds and im all in to get some more meat on the table. Have some good amazing pics on the trail cam so if you wanna see them let me know. 3 weeks till rifle season 

Good to see another hunter about. Had some deer meat as well. The steaks are O.K, but Springbok Steaks are the best, guess it's because it is a smaller buck. Little Stone Bucks make the best meat, but **** it. Can't get myself to shoot one :lol:
 
Weight 178.

Flat bench: 135x 20, 185x 12, 205x8, 225x8, 245x4, 255x1 (dang that felt light), 275x2 (no attempt for 3rd)

Incline DB press: 65's for 12, 75's for 10, 80's for 8, 80's for 8

Low cable flys super setted with machine flys, 14-16 reps each for 4 sets.

Hit tri's barely and called it a day. Got there late and gym closed in 90min, couldnt hit good volume like i usually like but Holy Crap did i get some wicked friggin hard contractions. Like from first rep to the final rep sharp, hard and painful contractions. Good ****. Really good ****. Im not getting massive but my strength has improved, power has definitely improved and ive leaned out, gotten much more aesthetic and gained good clean muscle.

I still got some time left on cylce so maybe i put on another 5 pounds, maybe not but im all in this to look like a greek god on stage and sloppy weight is useless to me so id say this "bulk" is going good.

Think im going to add in more carbs, nothing big just fruit between my meals, i cant really add in anther meal im pretty stuffed rn as it is but i can do a few oranges or apples a day for some sugars and good micronutrients.
 
My ole lady is a nurse, so she actually corrects me on my pinning locations or just does it for me. Pretty nice.

It actually didnt hurt bad as i thought over the mext few days, but it looked bad. All red and obvious i pinned there. My delts hurt if i got over half a cc in them. Im a puss lol.

Oh its always true, even the old 60 year old farts who still mess with test and dbol or deca say its true lol.
 
Im beginning to think this batch of tren is bunk. Since i switched to this source ive had nothing but great stuff, their test was just as good as my prescription test and the time before i ran tren i used theirs and it was insane, a pro ik said its the best hes ever used and he has used tren for years and years but im not getting the tren sides this time. Look, when i take tren i look like a wet rag being rung out im sweating so much ALL the time and sleep is not that good but i can usually manage. Im not getting these sides and ive been at 500 a week which should be giving me all the damn sides. I do believe im getting SOME tren because im getting the noted rapid, almost instant strength gains and im getting a decent recomp and some fat loss and i can eat all these carbs but not put on any sloppy weight and i have a noted slight raise in body temp...slight....the first time i used their tren i ran a damn fever for over a week my body temp was so stupid high, it hit 101 at one point it was just stupid how damn fast my body burned through what i gave it but this time, slight temp raise of a max of half a degree typically which some wouldnt even call a big enough change to even note.

So sorry for this long jumbled rant but honestly, its got to be a weak batch because this is a brand new vial when i started, i popped the top and let'er eat but like i said above at 500mg of tren with 900mg test i shouldnt be not sweating, slight temp change, and not missing a moments rest. I feel like all the tren stuff of this cycle has been very low rather than high like i wanted to try.

Chime in guys, your thoughts on this midnight rant. Can i send this crap somewhere to have it mass spec.'ed or tested on the cheap or something?
 
Do you usually do 4 fingers down from the head of the shoulder bone? That's how my ole lady showed me. I did 2 cc's in my right shoulder last night and it doesn't hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would. I prefer shoulders over anywhere else.

We did .75 in both triceps Monday.........w insulin type needles...and let me tell you. My right tri still is efffed.

I wont be doing that again.

2cc's? Holy hell. I go about 3 probably. The peak, meatiest part of the head is where i pin.
 
That's the spot. Obviously a little less per the persons frame size. Nurses just use 4 fingers as a rule of thumb.

Side note. Have you every experienced Test prop flu? Just started mast and test prop this week and I feel like a turd.

Never used prop as my time on trt was test E and when i diecided to try cycles i stuck with it or used sust. Sust will raise your test levels a bit faster than test but if i up my test anytime i use any form i get horrible test flu, for as long as 2 weeks

Thanks for the reply. Test Cyp didn't effect me feeling wise at all, minus being hot. This prop though is a different story. I feel like I'm on the down hill slide of the initial sides though. Hopefully.

Blood work came back again, just had e2 tested. Its at 36 and im doing arimidex eod .5 should i increase it a tad or not f with it? I usually lime mine in the mid 20's which i believe to be the standard good levels.

I had been using exemestane too, i believe it to be superior in almost every way for the average joe but i got a whole thing of arimidex for nothing so id thought id use it. Ill bump it up to .7 eod and see if that drops it.

But my bp has been stable at around 135-140 over 90 since i added in hawthorn berry and added another serving of cycle support each day.

I had been using exemestane too, i believe it to be superior in almost every way for the average joe but i got a whole thing of arimidex for nothing so id thought id use it. Ill bump it up to .7 eod and see if that drops it.

Yup free is for me to! I'm just not sure how to dose it I have never used it.

They are a bit similar, but arimidex i believe to be slighly stronger for most. But long term exemestane use at a normal dose can in some cause esteogen to keep lowering until it reaches near 0 levels while arimidex doesnt necessarily do that. But we are talking very extended periods. Exemestane is much easier on your lipids and for most gives stable levels while others who dont know how much arimidex they need sometimes bouce between high levels and low levels before they know what they need exactly. But once you know the dose, be it eod or eveey day, youll be g2g

Yup I only use pharma grade. Research chemicals are usually fake or not what they say they are. Had alot of RCs tested have a friend who works in a lab.
 
Chest today:

Incline BB: 135x20, 135x15, 155x12, 175x8, 175x8
Incline cable fly: 4 sets of 14-16
DB flat bench. 80's for 10, 80's for 8, 90's for 7, 100's for 4 full reps and then 2 3/4 reps (i count ALL the way down as a full rep, stretch ans squeeze baby)
Machine fly's 2 sets of 14 then 2 sets of 8 heavier
Close grip bench press, burn out sets with only 95lbs
Did an insane shoulder circut from hell my retired olympia friend use to do and i about cried it was so bloody painful, no joke it was absolutely beyond cruel.
Hit tri's
Finished with yet again close grip bench but with only 65lbs with sets of 20.

2hr workout down, imma puke and then cram down the food and protein. Good lord that was a hard ass workout. I had to sit in my truck for 15min i was feeling sick. They only gave me like 30-40 sec rests the whole time.
 
Rested up from Thursday of last week till today. Much needed. Weight is hovering around 180.

Did full upper body today and felt great. Will workout tomorrow lower body and then chill till next week where ill get back into the normal split. Nothing but food and sleep rn, gatta eat to grow. Pumps where amazing in the gym today and i could tell my body liked the time off.

Crappy pic but this is my back as of rn, did back two days ago and havent lifted yet. Will lift tonight again and hit chest.
 
Hit chest tonight.

Flat bench: 155lbs 6 sets of 10
Floor presses: 185 for 8, 165 for 8, 155 for 12, 155 for 10, 135 for 8, 135 for 8 (excruciating chest pump, was horrible the contractions hurt so fking bad)
Incline DB (a light incline) 65lb db's did 4 sets got 8 reps first two sets then 7 then 5.
Lying converging chest press machine (as in your hands are way wide at bottom and narrow as you press) did 4 high rep sets with 45lb plates on each side.
Hit low cable flys, slow with a hard squeeze. 2 sets with 50lb on each side and one set with 60lbs, last set i dropped back to 40's lol.
Seated wide grip chest press machine, like way wide, 3 sets of 12 with lighter weight focusing on stretch
Ended with some cable pull overs for some lat/shoulder movments and a decent chest contraction.

No tris today, let my elbows have a day they dont get trashed with my high volume high intensity style.

Long gone lol. Been eating deer steaks for breakfast with eggs and steelcut oats with flax seed. Beef or deer with every meal of the day. My protein and fats have been real high. Carbs nothing too high, something like 400 to 500 max.
 
Successful thanksgiving, tons and tons of food for my bulk. I forsee great gains in the future. Oh and im 2 weeks away from this badboy, my much needed vacation is almost here :)

So im ending this cycle now and scale weight wasnt huge. Bout a 10lb difference from start to finish but my back has developed so much and my chest is filling up these past few weeks. My bench press, leg press and deadlift have gone up a ton as far as working sets go. My shoulders got some good strength going on too. My legs didnt seem to grow all that much, about an inch or so total which isnt bad but id hoped for more growth since my legs are so stubborn to grow. All in all id call it a successful cycle even though im almost positive the tren was almost useless due to never having any sides from it like I've always gotten. When i came off the tren i do legit believe i lost some tightness so it whatever that means, idk. I dont own a mass spectrometer so who knows. Switched labs and the stuff now is incredible so ig im set up for my next cycle next year.
