Elk and deer are amazing if you are fortunate to have it. If i didnt have to worry about money i would have fresh sushi/sashimi and wild big game every day with some fresh garden veggies and fruit. Eating and training like an animal lol.Deer meat is wear it's at!! I have plenty of whitetail here in Jersey. I usually eat three to four times a week. Love the stuff very lean and high in quality protein and vitamins and minerals. It's the SUPER MEAT! lol
Now that i have my burger and steaks i have my eyes set on a few 170 plus inch monsters that roam our farm.
I trained 3 times this last week: simple chest/ tri, back/bi, and leg day. Shoulders thrown in a bit each day. Recovery seems slower than it should be so i guess it's still this virus, its all gone exempt my endurance sucks and i have a cough. Weight 172 today pre-food post-poo as usual. Have been eating (and crapping) like crazy all week. This may seem odd but my stomach is for sure smaller and tighter. My gf noticed last night while we where rolling around and the last few days when i pinch my stomach fat i could tell its going down. Maybe i need more carbs in my diet? Kinda odd to loose fat during a bulk.
