Winter is coming bulking cycle

Deer meat is wear it's at!! I have plenty of whitetail here in Jersey. I usually eat three to four times a week. Love the stuff very lean and high in quality protein and vitamins and minerals. It's the SUPER MEAT! lol
Elk and deer are amazing if you are fortunate to have it. If i didnt have to worry about money i would have fresh sushi/sashimi and wild big game every day with some fresh garden veggies and fruit. Eating and training like an animal lol.

Now that i have my burger and steaks i have my eyes set on a few 170 plus inch monsters that roam our farm.

I trained 3 times this last week: simple chest/ tri, back/bi, and leg day. Shoulders thrown in a bit each day. Recovery seems slower than it should be so i guess it's still this virus, its all gone exempt my endurance sucks and i have a cough. Weight 172 today pre-food post-poo as usual. Have been eating (and crapping) like crazy all week. This may seem odd but my stomach is for sure smaller and tighter. My gf noticed last night while we where rolling around and the last few days when i pinch my stomach fat i could tell its going down. Maybe i need more carbs in my diet? Kinda odd to loose fat during a bulk.

They're pretty different. I've only had reindeer once or twice. I don't think were allowed to hunt them at all in AK. I can't remember what they taste like to be honest.

Did you mention earlier that you train people?
Yes, strictly developing and dialing programs for people and one on one training. I dont do contest preps or give drug advice, there's olympia pros and successful ifbb competitors around that have the wisdom and knowledge so i send everyone like that their way.
 
All numbers and values good to go, including body temp with the exeption of BP. Hovering around a constant 150-160/85-89. Will add in hawthorn berry extract, works magic for me and many others.
 
Decided to have a crazy bulking day, more a traditional dirty bulk style than my pretty clean style.

Breakfast: 2 cups hashbrows with 1 cup shredded cheese and peppers. 6 pancakes and 6 pieces bacon with maple syrup. Pot of cofee

Meal 3 8:30am: 4oz fried deer, bit of cheese on white bread 1l water
Meal 4: 10am packet of oatmeal with 3tbs peanutbutter ,1l water
Meal 5 12:45: waffle house waffle and a syntha 6 shake, .5l water
Meal 6 2:30: jimmy johns gargantuan sandwich easy 1k calorie sandwich lol 1l water
3:00 Pepto for my stomach (no gal bladder, the 70g fat from the sandwich wouldnt do well without it)
Meal 7 5:00: rich and charlies tortellini and their salad, had a few glasses of water. Maybe about 1 or 1.5l water
Meal 8 8:00: pepto again, along with an excessive amount of iceream and 8oz whole milk
Meal 9 10:30 : small McDonald's fry, two cookies and pepto again.

Ight, twas a good cheat day. I look forward to crapping green turds out for a week (from the pepto). I look forward to less food tomorrow and back to the same diet, although ill be uping my carbs.
 
Id also like to point out i feel pregnant with the amount of food in me and ive drank quite a bit of water today and im peeing non stop

Had myself a rather epic bm after my morning cofee. I only work 6am till 5pm today so ill actually get free time. Crap has been crazy lately and my sleep is not what it should be, worked 6am till 9pm yesterday.
 
I need to get some better pics but this is a progression pic of where i was at 2 weeks pre cycle and where im at right now, both pics are just around the house so no pump or anything. Not the best pics but its something for reference. These next few weeks should be crazy as im kicked into full gear with being 100 percent over that damn virus, allergies in check, diet going good and consistant, and cycle fully kicking. So the gf told me last night "hey can i pin for you" i thought for a moment and was like, eh why not. Im a bit OCD and knew it wouldnt be "right" but pinning is easy. Told her every little micro detail of how i do it......did half a cc in my left delt of tren. Figured id start pinning there to reduce the amount in my quads. So... i feel the little jab and go "wait where did you-" she plunges and boom we are done.....she put the **** sucker right in my rear delt. How in the name of all that is good and holy do you not only miss the mark on a side delt but be so far off you out that ****er in my rear delt. She smiled out of accomplishment and i calmy....yet firmly told her "i dont want to discourage you but you where about 4 inches off your mark...im going to take a hot shower for 30min now and massage my shoulder"

Depends on my mood lol. The tren is for sure kicked in. The other day my great dane hound mix got mad and barked at me and i barked back. He ran off scared lol. Youll either leave running or with some gainz. Cant guarantee which...
 
Had one hell of a chest workout. Weight changes arnt happening at a quick rate but my physique is changing week to week big time. While mads is good physique is my main goal. My chest isnt as big as id like but other than that everything is going great.
I dont hit flat bench much as i prefer incline for a barbell chest movement but i hit flat bench tonight. Warmed up, hit 135 for 20, 185 for 10, 225 for 10, 245 for 6, still getting great chest contractions and pump so i saod screw it and did 265 for 4, 280 for 1. A compound set variation of high cable flys where i put up great weight and had great contractions. Pec dec high reps for 3 sets. Incline db chest press 4 heavy sets of 6-8.
Hit my usual tri circuit and i can tell im stronger than ever.
Finished of with some light chest presses and stretching.
Weight today 174. Feeling tight and full.
 
You ever hit legs so hard you **** blood? Yep, guess i got another hemorrhoid. Lovely.
But i did get one hell of a good workout and i got some new protein thats so good tasting i have to make myself not drink it constantly.
So far my current macros without shakes are as follows: 230-240 protein, 75-100g fat, 600-700 carbs. Ill be drinking 1 isolate shake after breakfast as i start my day and then on workout days ill hit a double scoop after my workout.
Ive switched to arimidex and i initially lowered my estrogen lower than i like so i backed off and now im good to go and stable, gyno has shrunk up to a lil bitty dot in my right nip and nothing in my left so good to go on all fronts now i think. Guess ill need to go see the butt doc though now so this stupid thing doesnt get bad like it did back when i was powerlifting.

I log my weight the same way every few days for the most accurate log possible but since i am walking around a gym nearly every day all day ill weigh myself throught the day about 8 times just for ****s and gigs. Its kinda cool doing that because you can see what goes it, how much comes out and the way your water intake influences your scale weight and all these things in reference to how you look in the mirror.

I do the same **** lol my tracked weight is post bathroom pre food upon waking but weigh myself all day long every time I'm in the bathroom practically lol I always laugh when I see a 2-4 lb difference pre and post dump , and most times Ill end the day 7-8 lbs heavier then the AM . I've noticed it also varies if I hit macros or if I drank enough water pretty funny stuff how the scale changes with all the variables

My gf started doing it, its funny because when i hear her giggle i know its because she took a nice poo and weighed herself afterwards.Would be lying if i said i didnt do that too lol.

I am very oily, showering two times a day, i swear my natural body odor is different i can smell myself and its different...maybe the oils idk..., im sleeping like a baby, sweating is for sure increased, body temp ranges between normal to almosy a degree above standard, i am warm throught the day and at night ive noticed i feel much warmer, appetite is good but not insane like it was initially but good enough to keep me eating 6 meals and two shakes a day, blood pressure initially elevated but hawthorn berry put it into a better range, libido not effected one bit lol, i am a bit of an ass as my girlfriend likes to remind me so noted aggression. Can't think of other things, if you have more questions post them up.

Sounds like everything has been pretty controllable ; most say wait till you have a couple cycles under your belt but if you do enough research you think it's possible to run it on a second cycle ?

Tren? I believe for tren you need to know how you react to it so run tren A first at a reasonable dose and make sure you have everything on hand incase of bad sides. The first time i ran tren i ran it high and ran test very low and it was good for recomp and the tren sides where not bad except for the sweating, i was drenched in sweat non stop and when i did any sort of work i had it literally pouring off of my entire body. Recomp good, pure mass not so good. Ended up going from 15 to 16 percent vody fat down to 10-12 and gaining 15lbs. Great cycle but the sweat and sleep problems where horrible.
As im doing a more traditional cycle now with test high, and really very high to be honest, and tren also at a full dose id say this is also great for recomp but the size is better and appetite much better.

I think it also depends on your body. For me ive always had a super high metabolism and have been a hardcore hardgainer than in a bulk needed 600 plus complex carbs a day plus carb supplements in order to gain any weight and tren so far has always been a leaning out and recomp aid. I was talking to two ifbb guys yesterday and one always has a problem with his stomach and gaining weight oo easy and when he uses tren he said it helped not put on that big gut during a bulk and he said he blew up like nothing else. So we have me who leans and tightens up ans then this guy who gets some raw size and bad weight gain mitigation. The other guy said he only has used it once and he couldnt sleep a wink the entire time and he feared kidney problems while running it because he said his pee was always about brown and he got pain and bad tests back. Idk the truth about that one, idk his diet or how well he takes care of himself or his water intake or if tren really is theproblem but that's what he says. Big guy is a heavyweight, kidney guy is a physique guy.

Yeah I'm sure it'll affect everyone different , I can't get over 205 max no matter how much I eat. I thought it was cuz I was somewhat natural but been on test 5 weeks and 4500+ cals daily now still won't go up lol
 
Man I wish I could gain weight that easily.
I feel ya. Seems 5lb gain to me is like 15 for someone else. But at least i know my gainz are clean and quality. Slow and steady and ill win the race lol. 5lb here and 5lbs there and a cycle with 10lbs gain, eventually i get to where im going and look better than the sloppier guys who havent learned how to diet or train.

Give it time to kick in. Youll go from "this is nice i guess" to "holy **** balls" in about a week when it kicks in fully. Then you will want to either eat it, sleep on it or have sex with it. If you havent entered that phase its not kickin yet. Takes me till week 6 to really feel test E when i go onto a cycle from trt.

Lol ok good stuff ! Cuz that pretty much explains it perfectly so far "this is nice I guess" lmao and yesterday was technically day one of week 6 and I did have a kick ass workout and had to wake my girlfriend up twice in the middle of the night so you're definitely on to something lol
 
Picked up my 8mm from the gunsmith today, ordered a nikon prostaff 7 scope and have some handloads being worked up. This deer meat is such a good change up for the tastebuds and im all in to get some more meat on the table. Have some good amazing pics on the trail cam so if you wanna see them let me know. 3 weeks till rifle season ?
 
Hit chest last night.
Flat bench: 135x12 185x 12 205x10 225x8 245x6 265x2 (failed on third rep just before lockout)
High cable flys super setted with bend over cable flys for 4 sets of 8-10
Machine flys 2 sets of 12 and a set of 8
Incline DB press (all the way down and the 3/4 the way up for a nasty burn) a set of 12 with 55's (thought damn that was too easy) set of 8 with 75's and then set of 6 with 85's (i was very impressed personally with this, thats big weight for me and they where great reps, got an incredible stretch and then press)
Hammer iso incline 3 burn out sets, 15 sec rest. This really really burned out the front delt and my chest. Not fun.
Finished off with wide grip machine press 4 sets of 10-12.

I hit a bit of tri's but i let them off easy since i killed them the last few weeks.
