A few things I've found to help:
Take magnesium glycinate before bed (400mg or more).
Make sure you're getting extra water and potassium.
Sleep in undies or nude.
Use only a sheet or nothing at all.
If you have a ceiling fan, run that.
Eat some carbs and fat just before bed, as I believe the sweats are caused by low blood sugar during the natural release of GH and IGF-1.
It sucks, but you get used to it.
