Wilpit VS Bigguy in Lecheek mass stack showdown

How do you get so jacked from so few calories?
 
Yea he is already cut in my opinion. If I looked like that I.would be bulking like mad
 
Lol I have no clue. If I eat upward to 3000 or even over 2500 I start to put on alot of body fat so around 2000-2200 works for me. Maybe just being a hardcore ectomorph. Thanks though. And I want to bulk extremely bad I just haven't figured out my bodies best way of doing it. Ill eventually attempt a lean bulk and see how that works bc a straight up high calorie balls to the wall bulk will not work well with me.....I think
 
I took some pics this morning to update with. I have been wanting to put progress pics up every week but haven't found time to take some I just hit the mirror before work and snapped some. I didn't weigh myself for about 2 days but I am somewhere around 211 which is a loss of almost 3 pounds since I started. Although there was points during the beginning of this stack where I was weighting over 216 so that 213.8 starting weight may have been a little inaccurate or weighed after a bathroom use or something...idk lol.

I think for my contest prep the lowest i went on calories was like 2400 LOL and I was like 180lbs
 
Thanks guys. And I wish I could take in those calories and be good. I mean I can but they need to be all protein and good fats and it's hard to throw in all the protein especially with work days. When I lean out I keep my calories at like 1800 but I may start readjusting my intake and see what else may work bc I may be hindering my muscle growth and losing muscle as well.

Good sleep...making progress...strength coming up and weight going down...now need to get over the upcoming holiday and try to stay on track. Ill be headed to Texas for thanksgiving so that's going to be 5 days of scrambling to get meals and gym time in....will be difficult.

I don't lift with a partner so that may be hard but ill try and grab a video eventually. Ill wait until I go to a diff gym and ill post up my phone to record.
 
Day 18.....


A WASH.....It was a rest day and did good with diet all day except until about 6pm. I ordered a personal Stromboli for my wife and when I went to pick it up they accidentally made a large...well I ate over half of it and then washed they down with ice cream and cookies. So big cheat meal and back to my grind tomorrow.

Day 19...

Not a good diet day. Snacked a lot but will get back on the ball tomorrow.

Arm day bi and tri with abs

25 min cardio to start and did high volume heavy weight for biceps and triceps. Did some drop sets and super set some exercises. Didn't bother recording anything today due to a huge lack of motivation after that cardio but my energy picked up and it ended up being a great arm day. My weight is fluctuating but I weighed in at 214.8 today and this was post workout.

Good night sleep and diet better today. Had some things to do today and work ran late so I had just an hour to get a chest workout in. So I skipped calves and the 10-15 min of cardio I try to get before my lifts.

Lol nah I wouldn't say that. I'm just heavy bc I think it would go good with the stack. But I like to do the lighter weight with more control...I mix it up every so often

Stuck with the basic mild wings and also had some toasted sesame Thai, the Thai wings weren't that good. I stuck with just wings and didn't dig into the appetizers or beer.

Lol...yeah it's actually a great feeling and it makes work so much easier bc the hardest part for me is the morning. Waking up and the beginning of the shift is rough.

Ya I was getting up at 4am to workout when i was on the massHGH. I loved it waking up ready to kill $h!t

That's a good point I never thought about its benefits for morning sessions. I don't lift in the morning bc I hate it. Ill have to give it a try during the stack.
 
Day 23...

great sleep average diet. I have done almost no cardio during this stack and my diet has been ok but I am seeing results. I'm not to worried about a super tight diet bc I'm eating good carbs for the most part and the extra calories will help keep my mass and the same goes with cardio. My workouts are intense so I'm burning calories but I'm interested to see how rip I can get if I go low carbs and throw in cardio. Not sure I'm ready to make that move yet though

Ended up being a rest day bc I worked long hours. About to go back to work for some overtime. Diet high in carbs today and meals weren't spread out how I like them. Hopefully I can get to the gym tomorrow.

Alot of snacking today. Not a lot of energy due to snacking and laying around. High fat before workout and lower protein for the day then I like.

I just had a thanksgiving dinner at work and ate more then I wanted so I know thanksgiving day may end up as a huge feast for me. But overall with no real gym to go to and no meals I would like to moderate my intake so I don't lose my progress.

Yea I love progress too. But I will not put this in front of being happy with family. Not saying that eating till I puke makes me happy. But Im not gonna flip out if I have 5000 calories that one day. I mean we get what about 4 days a year to really pig out.. I make them epic.. every year!

Day 28....

Went to bed around midnight and woke up at 5am for a early morning workout. I will say I woke up extremely easily and with good energy. I attribute this to the stack bc I never am capable of waking that early let alone head to the gym.

I can't eat in the morning immediately so I took some BCAA and my T9 and headed to the gym for a back day. I like my back days to be intense and although I felt weaker and more stiff for this a.m workout it was over all good.

Pull up over 100 reps about 8 sets

Close grip pull downs, several sets all the way up to the full rack of 260lb

Cable lat pull ins...several Sets up to
Full rack which was only about 100

Deadlifts several sets up to 455x3 very hard in the morning

One arm barbell row from t-bar position several sets up to 200lbs

T-bar row up to 300lbs no less then 10 reps

Low cable pulley several sets up to full rack which was 260 pounds

Then went to airport and had all my flights cancelled so my 4 hour trip turned into a 16 hour trip with 3 layovers. Crazy day and wasn't fun.
Kept diet as best as possible for being in an airport all day

Thanks man. Ill def have work to do after these 5 days in Texas. I just are a thanksgiving brunch buffet and didn't hold back, now I have the dinner portion in about an hour...it's going to be a long weekend lol.
