i know man, its why im chuckling..........i still dont know what my body can do just yet. living in poor conditions and not having the optimal food can effect stuff, its why some bodybuilders BLOW UP when they get sponsored and can afford to eat right and enough of the good foods. **** if i could spend 20 bucks a day on food like i did when i was working, id be a monster, but i cant right now, no job, no ability to get what i need. so as a result i supplement lots of low intensity cardio to keep off the fat. **** last night i ate mac n cheese with all beef franks with milk..........lmao! so what i do the first thing in the am is slam the coffee to get me going, hit the pavement and try to keep off those bad pounds..........
and i think they are just young guys trying to show they belong to be honest, no harm in that, you were young once, and i was a young ******* one time as well..........they just dont see it that way cuz they are nieve to the world(again assuming they are young). once they get out in the real world and see its not all about looking good for sorority chicks and getting wasted on the weekends, they get things in perspective. i went through that phase, im sure u did as well.
as for the carb cycling, i do a lil of that, but more so cal cycling. one day ill have 7 small meals, the next 3 medium and not be hungry. then the next ill eat 4-5 big meals and look awesome, lol! the one catalyst for my endo/meso ass is cardio for atleast 30 minutes at a slow pace. just keeps the metabolism out of the cellar and allows me to eat the things i do, for example sweets here and there.
