Why is New Mass FX not working for me?

[BWhy is new Mass FX not working for me??[/B] I'm stacking it with poweFULL and Lean Extreme. NP recommended I use Drive instead of Hyperdrol but I have'nt added it to my dose yet. just coming off an Epistane cycle. dosing 2 caps 3 times per day...been 5 days & feel absolutley nothing from the Mass FX or the Lean Extreme. PowerFull gives me a deep sleep...but that's about all. That manufacturing date of The Mass FX is 2007, bout 1 yrs...my wife checked it out. Could this be the problem. Have to admit I am disappointed with all these supps...big claims and no results...not for me anyways.

What am I doing wrong?

Mmmkay... Well, to be honest with ya, the first thing that you're doing wrong is just coming off an Epi cycle!! Did you do your PCT and then wait for a few weeks before starting this stuff? You really should have done that!!!! Epi is a potent PH and NEEDS to be dealt with properly. The guys at IBE can help you out if you've literally just come off of the cycle - they'll tell ya the proper PCT to use.

Second thing, Drive over HX2? Someone is trying to make a sale for you there. I'm not really up on my Drive and all the nitty gritty about it, but I'm pretty darn sure that they're not the same thing. It's not that you need to stack HX2 with MFX at all, but if you're going to stack, you probably want to do it the best way that you can. ;)

Last thing I'm seeing here is that you're a week in. MFX may not kick in until week 2 or 3 for some people. In very very rare instances, it may not do much for someone. But again, very very very rare instances, and chances are more than likely that if they didn't work for someone, that person didn't do something right. Sometimes you just have to give it time...

I don't mean to sound like I'm yelling or anything at all, just pointing out the first things that came to mind which may play a part in this. If you can, please answer the following questions for us so that we can better advise you:

1. How long since the Epi cycle are you starting this?
2. What times are you dosing each of your current supps?
3. What is your training style and frequency?
4. When was the last time you changed your training program?
5. Give me a brief description of your diet, including meal times.
6. How old are you and are the stats you have listed for height and weight accurate?
7. What is your prior experience with supplements?

If you can give us some more clues, we can solve the problem more thoroughly for ya. Thanks, and we wish you all the best!

Thanx for the quick reply, glad to hear that it is rare that it does not work, here are the answers.

1) My Epi pulse ended 1 week ago, I am taking Advanced PCT & cycle support also & was taking on off days of my EOD pulse. Not sure if this should matter since many have said Mass FX is good to add to PCT.
2)I am dosing the current supps as directions say...EG: MFX- 2 caps in morning, 2 b4 workout, 2 eve. Lean Xtreme & powerfull as per instructions (don't want to write it all out)
3)Training style is free weights, dumbells & barbells, I pyramid to heaviest weights with 6 reps, very muscular & built & strong...not bragging! LOL. 5 x per week, 1 bodypart per day.
4)I vary my training & excercises approx every 60 days or when I notice plateaus...however i switch excercises & order regularily.
5)Diet is 5 meals per day, including 2 protein shakes.
6)I am 45 yrs but pass for 35 as far as build and body comp, 6 foot & just under 200 lbs mostly muscle except little body fat around mid section, less than most guys half my age.
7)I have taken test boosters in past-little success, take protein for severaly years, this was my 1st cycle of Steriods ever....No sides & libido seems normal as b4, no blood work.

Help is much appreciated, I'm guessing it may be too early. it's just that I read others logs & everyone is raving about immediate results with all these supp & I am truely gettin nothing. No offence! Just frustrated!

Thanx Lucky.

Thanks for the answers, Lucky. And great name, btw... I actually did a performance final in a college Speech class in character as Lucky Luciano. Though the character and the topic had nothing in common, I still aced the class the entire way through! (And now I'm a public speaker by trade!! :p)

Ok, back on track. To be honest with you, I'm not going to outright answer your question right now, but I did want to get back with a few talking points. (I'm going to think this one over and get back to you soon, though.)

1. The Epi cycle. Though I've heard some good things about it, it may be in your best interest to not guage your MFX results as used in the PCT of such a strong compound. During your PCT, your body is already going to go through some changes in hormone levels. IF there was any shutdown involved, a product that works with existing bound test to unbind it and release more free test would not be as effective, simply because your test levels might have already dropped low enough to not notice this working!! Just a thought, and rambling/rationalizing out loud...

2. Nice stats, and I can tell that you're quite proud of your body! Way to go!! Age ain't no thang, man...all in your head! However... As we age, our natty test levels do drop. Have you ever given thought to checking with the doc about a blood test to see what your hormone levels are like nowadays? It is quite possible that by 45, your test levels have dropped and estrogen levels are relatively high. It would be this reasoning why MFX wouldn't work quite as well - simply not enough fuel to burn, so to speak...

3. As I said earlier, it may be too early on, or it may be way too early after your cycle. If it were me, I would wait on the MFX if you really wanted to see what it would do for you. As I said, taking it right now, your levels are probably already modified in some way. While others are raving about their results, they are also speaking with "fresh systems" - most aren't coming off of a strong designer cycle, aren't quite 45 years of age (again, no offense intended), and perhaps are just more prone to having something like this work for them.

Perhaps I put more than I thought I would... HA!! I'll still think about it, and will get back to ya if I think of anything else. Hopefully Sinner or Gltrdone will pop by to say hello as well, and think of something that I haven't. (We play very well as a team!)

Seems like a very good reply but also discouraging. Does this mean that a guy my age cannot get results from a non hormonal supp such as Mass FX and can only rely on a steroid for results?

By the way what kind of public speaking do you do?

No, no, no...not to sound discouraging at all, my friend!!

It's merely a possibility, that's all. If the test level suggestion is indeed something that you are worried about, you can always check it out with your doctor. A simple blood draw should suffice - just let him know what you're looking for and why you're asking. If he knows you train, then he/she probably won't argue to much. (Now, if your health plan/HMO covers it...that's a different matter!)

My main concern here would be the timing after the Epi cycle. It's not the best time to try to analyze the results of a particular supplement. You still have a lot going on in your system, and unless you are some kind of yogi or something (which you might be), it'd be VERY hard to pinpoint exactly what is doing what for you at this point in particular. When I run something new, I plan it out very well first, and often take a long time to "fit it in". If I am to tell whether or not it is effective, I run it solo. It's like making an ice cream sunday... Use some really fine ice cream, then slather it with sauces, fruits, nuts, and whipped cream. Swirl it all together and take a taste. Is it Breyers or store brand ice cream? Could you really tell right now?

Oh, and you've got PM for the person info. ;) :D

Thanx Friend...so, should I hold off or continue for a week or so to see if it kicks in since I have already started.

It sounds like you are an impatient bastard and cannot delineate between the affects of certain supplemnts. Some things take a bit of time to kick in, yet your are expecting immediate gradifiication.

Woah, guys, take it easy. I know that y'all mean well. And I understand that the OP might not have as much experience/knowledge as some of us here. But that's WHY he's here! No flaming in my threads!!!! :rasp:

But yes, my recommendation at this point would be to drop the MFX (and maybe PowerFULL) from your PCT line-up and just go through with the essentials of it. Then wait about 4-6 weeks to let your body clean up again, and hit these up keeping in mind that stacking 2 products you've not used before will make it more difficult to tell which one is doing what for you. :)

He's taking a couple of products and feels he isn't getting results he should be getting and it's being handled. No need to come in and give him a hard time. He's obvisouly trying to find the answer, and up until the additional peanut gallary comments, was being handled quite well.

Thanx Jayhawkk: I've noticed some aggressiveness & flaming on AM from certain individuals. If I am not allowed to ask questions or make comments...then what exaclty are we all doing here. I've tried to be helpfull where I have experience. I'am not criticising the products & I genuinely want them to work for me. Just seem like some members want to own the boards & even go as far as posting "why do you bother posting" plus other insults and name calling.

The quality of the person is quickly revealed by how they respond. By & large most have been very helpfull & supportive but all it takes is a few to make it a very distastefull experience. Thanks to all who are helping!

this thread looks like the one you started up over on USPLABS claiming PowerFULL isnt working for you.

you are right! That's because I am stacking a few supps as recommendation for OTC PCT...all posted here by sponsoring company posts. I am asking why I have not FELT anything yet on these supps when many others state they have immediate strength increases...I think I have my answer for now. Thanx for the Help! I want to be one of those that post nothing but positive results with all these leading supps! Not criticising! Just asking.

No worries, man. I've run across these guys before and they are pretty stand-up guys. We're all prone to a bit of short temper and "duhhhhh, what were you thinking?" every now and again. But, for the VAST majority here, AM is a great place to be. If you really wanted to get slammed by ignorant people, we all know of the right board to go on for that!! drama.com - your one-stop shop for useless harassment, product flaming, people bashing, shillin, ill-willin', and otherwise dirty dealin'. ;)

Ok, so maybe not all that all the time....it just sounded cool in my head.
