Why, i'm just increasing my Swagger with Primal Male, MAN.

I've switched over to DominATP/Refresh, totally, instead of Cre02. Last night I took my DominATP/Refresh, Primal Male, and went to the gym.

Wow. I was really rushed, and I only lifted the same as last workout, but it felt seriously light. I'd have gone quite a bit heavier given more time.

I got to judo in a fierce mood, and tore it up. I was switched on like Kong, went hard against far more experienced guys, without rest, and it was pure joy. I felt like an animal, things came instinctively, and aggression was through the roof. Not angry, positive, overwhelming drive. Primal Male shines in this regard, my God, it's an awesome feeling. There's some synergy with Refresh, because I was a bit tired, but focus and flow were stellar. Damn, it was one of the best classes in ages.

I only have a few days left on Primal Male. So far, it's been an awesome run. There's only one downside: I've noticed accelerated hair growth, and ADDITIONAL hair growth. Not crazy amounts, but it's there facially, and on my chest and legs. I'm not very hairy, so it's noticeable.

Well, I got a wicked cold last week, and I'm still fighting it. This log is wrapped up,but I'll post a summary later. If you're in a hurry to know, I was up over 7lbs before the cold, and that's lifting 20 minutes 3 times a week before doing 2 hours of judo. That's awesome!

dude I love the old school T bar rows!! bar in the corner, using a pulldown grip. last time I had 4 plates on that bad boy and it felt great. i wonder if there is a better grip to use though, the weight always seems to sit on either one side or another.

Tbar rows add mass like nothing else, for me. Love em!

In summary:

Primal Male -

Gains - I put on over 7lbs without changing my routine much, without always eating enough, and definitely without training ideally for a bulk. Much of my training is counter productive to putting on mass (ie 20 minute workouts followed by 2 hours of intense balls-out aerobic/anaerobic exercise, not eating for a total of 4 hours surrounding my workout/judo, etc). Gains on this were outstanding; with a proper diet, weight routine, and dropping the crazy calorie output of judo, I could've packed on much more. None of the gain was creatine-related, as I was on creatine plenty long before starting this log, and Cre02 does not have crazy amounts of creatine (though they're absorbed very well).

Pumps - Great. Really great. I was taking Cre02 for most of the log, but that was my 4th bottle of Cre02, and I had been on it for a good bit before starting this log. The pumps from Primal Male were far beyond Cre02 alone.

Mood - Mood is a high point of this product. It may be cumulative, as I did notice that when I got pissed, I got really pissed, which is very unlike me; but it also has a dose-dependent effect. Pop those purple pills, and within 45 minutes I was in a euphoric 'attack' mode, aggressive, and positive. Very, very beneficial for good workouts.

Sleep - I didn't notice any sleep effects.

Negatives - The *only* negative is hair growth, both accelerated growth of existing hair, and more hair in new places. My abs were hairless; now they have a few dark hairs that popped up. The hair on my arms is a bit longer and thicker. It's subtle, but there. I'm 35; it's unlikely it's a random coincidence. My hair level has been the same for 10 years now. I'd hesitate to run Primal Male more than once or twice a year because of this, personally.

Overall - Kick ass stuff, great results, I felt AWESOME on it, and minimal negatives (with zero highly irritating negatives). I give it 2 thumbs WAY, way up.

Swagger -

I've tried many geranamine products before. Some were very inconsistent, like Amp and XForce; they either jack me up, or I get no effect whatsoever. Others slam me into a lethargic mess on the floor. The one exception was IBE Matrix drink, which was 'OMGit's****inggood' good. Knowing Joey's innovation, knack with formulating superior products that work, and looking at the ingredient profile led me to wonder if Swagger could be the new IBE Matrix: a party in a bottle, canned sleep, good times to be had.

Unfortunately, I get 45-90 minutes of awesome energy, focus, and clarity from Swagger, then get drop-kicked into sedated oblivion in a manner I just can't handle. Based on my previous experiences with geranamine, it's normal, and it's just my physiology. The synergy of Swagger's ingredients just can't overcome it.

If you like geranamine, I'd give Swagger a try, as the initial burst before the crash was outstanding, and others do not seem to experience any crash whatsoever. Factor in the $25 sale price at Nutra now, and it's a great deal....if you like Geranamine.
