KilaCali and I want to thank Wicked and the guys at AgeForce for giving us the opportunity to log their amazing supplements. Kila and I wanted to do a duo log because we will be running the same things and we figured that it would be good to see how it affects us differently.
We both got a 3 month supply of the HGH patches and the IGF-1+MGF patches. I will start off slow, HGH-1 day on 4 days off at night, and the IGF-1+MGF-1 day on 4 days off in the day time (I have to check, it may be different).
Now, most of ya'll know that I'm not a big fan of logging supps but I couldn't pass up this opportunity. I haven't been happy with my weight for a while. Secretly, I've been battling my eating disorder again. I train hard but I out eat my training. It's a constant battle every day.
I believe that the HGH patches and the IGF-1+MGF patches are exactly what I need to get going. My goal, as always is to lean down while keeping my gains and strength. I have this fear that if I lose weight, I won't be strong anymore.
My workouts will consist of light weights/high reps on uppers, heavy weights/low reps on lowers, and circuit training, tabata, and Muay Thai for cardio. My supps includes a multivitamin, BCAA, and a pwo. I don't like taking too many things.
