i would love to try this i can't seem to shed the belly fat i have and this seems like it would help i will also give you feed back as well to show my improvement

10 weeks hopefully sooner until you can thoroughly enjoy that cheat meal and not worry about going overboard

I'm assuming it would increase metabolic rate and just require me to eat more food, as opposed to promoting leaner gains.

Promote leaner gains due to preferring glycogen storage and fat usage

Metabolic rate will increase slightly.

It'll block some calories as well
