and big shout out to natty for the ERASE PRO :D. I am running hdrol with androhard for 6 weeks... I still have a little over 3 weeks of the cycle then this fantastic PES log will start :)

Just needa get some more anabeta nom nom nom..trying to figure out what dose to run the anabeta in pct... 4 caps per day worked really well for me over summer when it came out.. but is tempting to try a higher dose hmmm..just the higher the dose the shorter time the anabeta will last!

I'll let you know how bens protocol works for me. 6 on workout days and 4 off. Thinking dosing will be like rosie. With My meal mostly. I might take it up to eight though.

damn 8?! cant imagine double what I ran it at last time i had some great pumps and fullness off of 4.. when are you starting it?
