I thought that knee would be trouble...

Front Squats: 45x10, 65x10, 95x10, 135x8x8

My left knee was being a pain in the ass this morning when I was squatting. I figured I'd just keep the weight low and keep it moving to try and get it to feel better. After the 3rd set of 135 it felt fine but I didn't want to go up. I figure we'll use today as an active recovery day as well. I have no idea if that's a real thing or if the bro-sci is taking over butt f*ck (huehue) it. I can't stop, won't stop.

Front squats looked good! Maybe time to use iForce Joint Help and glucosamine for the joints and add in some knee wraps?

Possibly, I currently use a high curcumin turmeric and fish oil daily along with vit C. Not sure I want to add things like knee wraps though. I feel like that would take me down a path where it's not just me doing the work anymore.

Went up on flat bench again, 245lb. Even with my left knee being tweaked, my right shin being bruised, and my wrists hurting like the dickens I still went down there and did work. I work gloves today that have those wrist wraps on em to provide a little support for my dainty wrists. Everything is sore but I'm still alive and kicking.

So, the chiropractor. My wrist was proper f*cked. Subluxation. I found a way to dislocate my wrist sometime last week. Needless to say my wrist is still sprained like a mother and hurts like hell when pressure is applied in the wrong direction.

On the bright side, it wasn't fractured. Still hurts like hell, but it's not broken.

Rather than doing arms today and potentially screwing up my wrists even worse I'm giving them another day to heal before I do anything. I'll probably get a set or 2 in of arms during shoulders tomorrow. Instead I did some more ab work just to continue the streak.

Even after the adjustment yesterday my wrist is still sprained so it'll take time to recover. Seeing that I lift 10lb and 50lb buckets all day every day I have to be.

I was wearing gloves to try to keep my wrist good as they've got wraps on em. Weight kept slipping in the hand while I was wearing gloves. Hence the heavy singles instead of higher a rep count.

My dainty wrists did NOT like curls today. I can tell those tendons are still tweaked to all hell. Oh well, I was never a fan of curls anyway. Sitting here trying to type with an ice pack on my wrist and it's going about as well as you can imagine. Had to improvise since I don't have a first aid kit/ace bandage in this house. So I f*cked up my wrist doing those Overheads Friday night. F*@#ing dammit all. Went to the chiro today to get that popped back in place (after a full day of lifting sh*t at work,) and was told I couldn't do any presses aka Chest. He green-lit Back so I did back. And iced. So much ice.

7 reps in under 15s isn't that shabby.

I still recommend wraps.

Also, take the outside of your foot, the part that doesn't arch, and push it into the ground while pushing your toes out and heels inside ("screwing into the floor"). That should keep your knees from coming in on the ascension and give you more power coming up.
