What's dumber than a sack of rocks? BOB!

Why is Bob dumber than a sack of rocks? Because shoulders would be a BRILLIANT idea after moving 5ers all day. They're effectively 50lb per 5er and we are moving them ALL day.

SHOULDERS!

Dynamic Warmups:

Power cleans: 45x10, 55x8, 65x8, 75x8, 85x8, 95x6

Facepulls: 10x12, 20x12, 30x10, 40x10, 50x10

Leaning Lateral Raises (per side): 5x10, 5x10, 5x10

There are bad ideas and there are worse ideas. Today will probably go down as a worse idea. I did get good and loose though. I felt super comfortable during the power cleans which is really helping with my confidence in doing them. Now I have legs tomorrow and abs on Sunday, but at least I don't work again til Monday. It'll give me time to recover.

Didn't have a lot in me this morning. So tired from the weak and fatigue started to set in quickly.

Deads: 65x10, 75x10, 85x10, 95x8, 115x8, 135x5, 145x5, 155x5, 165x5, 175x5, 185x5, 185x5, 135x5

Deadlifts have not been a regular part of my routine for a while. That said I don't want to over-do it. And I especially don't want to hurt myself with my new job being as physically demanding as it is.

Both workouts were just under an hour apiece.

Bench was good today. Got a new PR (calling it that since I haven't hit that in the garage yet) of 215 for a set of 4. 225 is right around the corner. Now if I could only get a spotter I'd be more comfortable with that idea... Captn, what you doing next Monday?!

Yes, I am still sick. I wake up and feel like a 30 year smoker because I'm coughing up so much crap. I've been popping anti-histamines like tic-tacs and cough drops with menthol & honey like they're going out of style. I am functional throughout the day albeit a little drowsy from all the phenyldramamine swimming in my system. I summon the hidden power from the viking heritage to keep my body going. Norse blood do your thing.

Yeah, at this point its on the mend. I just have some mental/emotional stuff I am working on processing as well. Today is either arms or abs so it'll be more of a recovery day than anything.
