Holy fawk, worst back pump ever doing deads today. Tested the once torn hammy with 405 and managed 3 with no problem until my lower back was screaming for me to stop. Could have gotten a few more but brutal pain. Pretty much hindered the rest of my workout but got through it. Stano at only 400mg is starting to add some hard definition already. Can't wait to see where this stuff takes me as I up the dose.

Also got me a lifetime supply of SD and ordered 10 more bottles on top of the 12 I already have. Can't beat half off deals right now. I thought about ordering more but why would I need more than that lol!!!

Yup, that's why I want to buy more, but my baby boy and daughter come first when it comes to expenses as you know my friend.
 
nice deadlifts. they give me killer back pumps too. so do normal squats. i started doing front squats and no back pumps. but i havent found an alternative for deadlifts yet. keep killing it.

Damn, 275 military press is a crap load above the head. Never tried this weight before, so if I get 1 it's an automatic PR!

Prob could have snuck out another but major cramp down the side of my body. Freakin orals are now taking there toll on my body. I've upped my water and taurine and still get major pumps/cramping under heavy strain.

Banged out some reps after the big lift..

On to close grip bench. Once again, horrible muscle cramping, but got through it

Not a bad day, but did get tired halfway through the workout. Only a week and a half left of the good stuff, then stano and 4ad to bring me into PCT. Those final two weeks will be focusing on getting shredded and lose the water weight.

Sorry guys, haven't updated in a few data. Work and the little guy are exhausting me but I'm still in it to win it. Starting 600mg stano today, last week of EPI at 50mg and sd at 10 and 4ad still at 600mg. I've noticed the stano is starting to give me a harder appearance and more vascularity. Upping the dose now should really help get me to freak status. Tomorrow is chest day and going for a bench PR!!

Thanks bro. Just hope I can hit my bench PR tomorrow. If not I got one more solid week of SD and EPI, then try again next Monday. As for you, no holding back and slay that shiit boooy!!!

Not sure I will ever see 5 like you fricken monstah! Not sure my body structure could support that much weight unless I gained another 20lbs or so. I will try 455-460 next Monday though. I need that quarter on each side. Looks waaaay better lol!!
 
From the vid you could probably hit 470 on bench, that was sic bro.
