Well, back from Boston with a 3 day break and ready to crush some chest and calves tonight. I was a good boy and didn't drink much at my sisters wedding. SD should be almost in effect now so we will see how it goes.

Weekend set me back a bit but not too bad. Diet lacked. At one point before sis's wedding went 6 hrs with no food, horrible! Gym was good today. Didn't feel ON today and only got pump at end of workout. SD is almost there just around the corner.

I need this support especially when it comes to my diet and definitely helps in getting that extra rep or pushing for another set or exercise. Just cant wait until all cylinders are cranking!

I was real focused today. Pretty much ignored everyone around me and focused on every set and rep. I'm thinking ****s starting to kick in. I did feel a little lethargic this am also. Next week 4ad may take care of this. Balls still there but maybe shrinking a bit:(

Deads: Still nervous about injury but we got through it

8 lbs night weight, maybe 6ish morning but I'll take it either way. I don't really care about the weight. Just trying to keep it as clean as possible. Of course I cheat a bit but not nearly as dirty as my last cycle. I want to be one big ripped mofo. Give me veins without being pumped!

Yeah prob 4k. I don't really count. I am more focused in types of foods and staying away from **** such as processed garbage, fast food etc. This is just the beginning, these lifts are ok for me but I plan on pushing and pulling waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayy more in the near future. I'd like a few PR's in this run even though I had some in my last SD only cycle. Got to work hard and focus. No excuses!!

Pissed off, couldn't kill legs today, worked too late and had to get home to see my fam. Same for tomorrow too, long day getting out too late. The gym has no idea what's walking in on Friday night. Gonna hit shoulders, bis and tris and fockin kill it. Legs will have to be done Sunday to make up.

I can finally say that the SD is hitting hard now, but have no idea what the EPI is doing. Insane pumps and fullness in the gym today. Strength is getting there but not where its gonna be in the next couple weeks. SD at 10mg and EPI has been at 30 for the first two weeks. Since I am trying to make this a recomp, I'm trying to eat to gain weight but not over do it.

Only dosing 4 cycle assists and 5 Liv.52 before bed and occasional Taurine before workout, but no signs of pumps yet. Also some bcaa's and some white flood PWO. Love the PWO's so will continue unless BP gets out of hand. Next kill is Sunday legs, can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, I have no idea what to expect. Really just using for lethargy which I haven't really experienced yet which is good. I love poppin pills. I'm mentally yoked just thinking about being on 3 anabolics and in two more weeks will be 4 with stano. Freak style!!!

1 4ad 1 EPI and 1 SD to my dome. Off to kill legs. Lower back a bit sore so choking down taurine with some flood and bcaa's. Here we go!
